I really like the concept of the creation of your characters Matthew! I was in that same situation at one point where I did quantity over quality for character making.

This has to be one of my favorite works from you yet for a plethora of reasons. Not only has the animation and composition improved, you've experimented a bit with camera angles here and, most notably, have managed to do what even some TV cartoons can't seem to get right: Finding the balance between comedic moments and serious moments. The pacing and timing is also of high quality, and your cards were revealed at just the right time. Nothing feels rushed nor too sluggish. Dialogue is especially important in these kinds of character-focused episodes, and it seems you were aware of this, as everything sounds believable, natural, and in character! Overall, this is how you do an emotional episode of a generally lighthearted series right. (Additionally, not to sound creepy, but it must be said. Another reason this is one of my favorites from you is because of how deeply it touched and impacted me. See, I'm an aspiring animator/cartoonist. And have been working on a specific show for about 3 years, specifically, ever since 2017..and all of this time has been spent trying to make the first episode. I've had to remake it multiple times and, at one point, almost quit animation due to the stress and difficulty of it. This very specific part, > 7:18

the show is good and the animation is close to fluid. i didn't expect to find this when i was bored and wanted to watch someting. insted of watching boring gaming or vloging videos from uncreative kids but this makes me want to watch more animation videos. no offence, it looks good in my opingion
i think you should try to do episodes that have a story about a different character. not there creation but other thing especially the side characters.
