They evolve faster than light and only darkness is ahead of him. That is why Saitama feels so stagnated. He doesn't know progress. He can only do it seriously, but he could no longer feel what 'all out' means. Without pretty much erasing his home.

For me this fight most impressive move was omnidirectional punch, so many after images with its own serious punch and more than that garo opened a portal , but saitama was already there 💀. The after images were also present outside ☠️
