I met Josh Grelle as "Issei Hyoudou" from HighSchool DxD.
I also met him at MTAC 2019 this past weekend
This was a gift for a friend of mine xD

Yea i always just thought of it as Issei voice changed (since hid voice was deeper than the original) but hes way better he gave us the best line "Rias let me poke dem titties"
