The untamed is a great watch honestly. Trust me, once you get the hang of it (cuz it’s a bit confusing at first) you’ll be just fine. There was I time I swore never to watch it, cuz as a Bl fan I didn’t really see the need to watch ‘bromance’ with 50 episodes. But then out of boredom, I decided to give it a try and when I tell you, I felt so empty as soon as l finished it. I didn’t want it to end. I have rewatched a couple of times, and it gets better every time. No boring episode, great story, beautiful acting, cinematography is chefs kiss too. Something I’d recommend over and over again.
I also kept putting it off cuz I hate when they turn romance into bromance for censorship and china is notorious for that, but untamed did such a great job in portraying their love for each other without even saying it, the whole show was the definition of Action speaks louder than words, not for a single moment anyone will doubt they aren't romantically involved. As someone who has read the novel several times, I gotta say I am very much satisfied with the drama, and can I just say I like the drama WWX a bit better than the novel one, he felt more relatable to me here, also the fact the drama showed WWX also being attracted to LWJ from the beginning and they were mutually pinning for each other. However, I love LWJ the most in every version lol
