Oh my gosh still in love with this series can’t get over it , I loved this reaction hope we get more in the future and also about Enhypen , their songs and dance practice 🔥💙
A little information for understanding) The series Magnificent Century and Magnificent Century: Empire of Kosem broadcast the history of the Ottoman Empire from 1520 to 1651 (approximately). This period went down in history as the Age of the Sultanate of Women, in which women (mothers and wives of the sultan) had a huge influence on both the domestic and foreign policy of the Ottoman Empire. The founder of the sultanate of women is Hurem Sultan, who created a precedent by turning herself from a slave into a powerful mistress. After the death of Sultan Suleiman, their joint son with Hurem, Sultan Selim, ascended the throne, who also had a favorite concubine, and later a wife, Nurbanu Sultan. After the death of Selim, his son Sultan Murad ascended the throne of the Ottoman Empire, and Nurbanu received the title of Valide (mother of the sultan) and had great influence. Murad also had a favorite concubine, later his wife - Sophia Sultan, who repeated the path of Nurbanu. And then Sophia Sultan was replaced by Kosem Sultan, the concubine and wife of Sultan Ahmed. And Kosem Sultan was replaced by Turhan Sultan. They all have one thing in common. They all ended up in the Sultan's harem as slaves, but each of them became a Mighty Mistress, although each had her own path to this. If there is interest, I suggest you take a look th-cam.com/video/kC-KACjhDi0/w-d-xo.htmlsi=KUvaTfPaGvTDJW-o This is essentially a short retelling of the series in animated form)

At 30:00 when u asked how is that woman with black hair related to hurrem she was her daughter in law so she was the wife of hurrem's son his name is selim 🤍
I would like you to film more reactions to Magnificent Century and Hurrem in particular 😍 I don't think you'll agree to film reactions to episodes of the series but watching your reactions even to excerpts from it is very interesting. Keep going guys. Greetings and love to you from Ukraine 🤍
Thank you very much for the reaction, I love this series, but in this compilation they scored on Shehzad Bayezid as I think 🥲. And I would also like a separate reaction to the series "Empire Kosem"
There was a scene, Hürrem beat Hatice to death because Hatice cast black magic on Hürrem and Hürrem lost her mind, so she beat Hatice and threw Hatice into the forest. I highly recommend you to watch that scene. little bit chaotic but fun to watch ❤
This’a a wonderful film and a true story of a great woman. Guys, I wanna tell you a little about Hurrem. Her real name is Alexandra Lisovskaya and she was not Russian but Ruthenian (this people were also called Roxolani). This’s closer to modern Ukrainians in language and culture. Alexandra was born in the west of modern Ukraine in the family of an Orthodox priest. At the age of 15, her village was attacked by Tatars (subjects of the Turks), her entire family was killed and she was captured. Since Alexandra was very beautiful and had an unusual appearance (bright red hair and blue eyes) she was bought for the harem of the young sultan who had just come to power at that time. At the age of 15 she became his concubine, Suleiman was 26 years old at that time. She converted to islam to be closer to the sultan and he gave her a new name instead of Alexandra - Hurrem (translated from Persian - joyful). Hurrem was indeed (in addition to her external beauty) a very strong, charming, temperamental and cheerful woman. At the age of 16 she gave birth to her first child Prince Mehmed. Only when Hurrem was 28 years old the Sultan would grant her freedom and make her his legal wife. This would cause a scandal since before Suleiman all the sultans had only concubines and turning a slave into a legal wife was unthinkable. She gave birth to Suleiman’s 5 sons and 1 daughter. Hurrem would live for 54 years, participate in politics, do a lot of charity work, build public baths, mosques and canteens for the poor. Hurrem and her daughter were accused of setting up Prince Mustafa (Suleiman's eldest son from his concubine Mahidevran) and making him out to be a traitor, which he wasn’t. This led to the fact that Sultan Suleiman (who is considered one of the greatest and fairest Turkish sultans) executed his 36-year-old son. But the sons of Hurrem didn’t have a better fate. Hurrem's eldest son Mehmed was killed by the people of the concubine Mahidevran at the age of 21 before Mustafa's death. Hurrem's youngest son Jihangir (who suffered from congenital pathologies and had a hunchback but was very smart, versed in science, poetry, history) died of grief after the death of his beloved half-brother Mustafa. Her son Abdullah died at the age of 3 from an unknown disease. Two sons remained - Selim and Bayezid who were enemies and fought with each other all their lives. During the life of their mother whom the sons respected and obeyed, they were forced to make peace with each other but after her death the brothers began an open war for power among themselves. Selim eventually killed his 33-year-old brother Bayezid along with his 7 sons, the youngest of whom was a newborn and the eldest was 17. Selim will go down in history as a vile and weak sultan, a drunkard who was more interested in women and food than in state and military affairs
Hurrem was the first woman/slave who got to marry a sultan ,there was a rule that the sultan can't marry his slaves . So she was the first haseki , she paved the way for the others.
I want you to know this. Kösem Sultan is the most powerful Sultan of the Ottoman Empire. Even from Hürrem. Hürrem died before he could even see his son's ascension to the throne, but Kösem ruled the state himself. Her husband, Ahmed, and her son, and grandchildren saw the reign of many of them. He even ruled the reign of the grandson, since they took the throne as children. Hürrem is a compassionate woman, but Kösem feeds on strength. He killed his own son for power, he is the person who comes to mind when it comes to extremely ruthless, brutal power. At that time, the soldiers and pashas did not move without asking a corner. There are also many benefits for the Ottomans. It must not be easy to keep the state afloat. Kösem Sultan is the state itself. rip
The whole thing with Hurrem and Hatice. Hurrem always tried to be good to Hatice and she even saved her child ( after she gave birth, the baby could not breath ) and what Hurrem got in return was all the blame for the fact that Hatice's husband cheated on her and started treating Hurrem very horribly and even wanting her dead.
I love watching videos with you! But... maybe due to a technical problem I can't stop the sound of the videos. Even though I speak Turkish, I have difficulty understanding what is said because the voice is low. Thanks for the video anyway! video suggestion: "Mihrimah sultan" She is the daughter of Hürrem Sultan. Sultan Suleiman's favorite child. After her father died, she became the "mother sultan" when her brother ascended the throne. This means that she is the highest authority after the padisah. but she did this duty even though she was just the older sister. Also, Mihrimah Sultan is the richest sultan in history. So much so that when his father went on an expedition, she had a bridge built for him.
Sultanate of Women 1st Hurem Sultan 2nd Nurbanu Sultan ( wife of Sultan Selim ) 3rd Safia Sultan 4th Kosem Sultan 5th Turhan Sultan... They all come to the palace as slaves and become powerful sultanas in the history of Ottoman empire
Hurrem and kosem were very powerful. And it's a pity they don't show hurrem's son relationship very much, like why mihrima looked Selim that way in the park. (In the series) That was bc he had killed beyezid (their brother) or why cihangir died of sadness after mustafa's death. But I like to watch all reactions video abt this 2 series(hurrem and kosem). Out of that, would you look at kurulus Osman or ertugrul ,this is a nice TV show too.
Iam glad you are reacting to this❤but plss react to kpop again Ihave a kpop tiktoks compilation that Imade for you too so plss react to it soon. Iam getting tired of recommandingg not gonna lie. Pls notice me. I hope my comment don't get delated as usual.
Golden boy please. The previous video was very short, it is a highly rated series in Turkey. I am from Georgia. Please, with my help, put a long video on golden boy. I love you
So, Kosem Sultan was the strongest woman in the Ottoman Empire. Hurrem was ONE of the strongest women. Hurrem broke many rules, like becoming the legal wife of the Sultan and interfering in the political situation and many others idk. She didn't rule the empire she ruled the ruler of the empire (Sultan Sulieman). She was a Haseki Sultan, which is the second strongest position for the women in harem after Valilde Sultan (mother of the current ruling Sultan). She was very controversial and intelligent and was known for her beauty. As for Kosem, she was the STRONGEST women in the Ottoman Empire history. She ruled the empire by herself for 25 years. She was very powerful. She was a Valide Sultan. Three of her son became Sultan, one of them was her stepson but she raised and loved him like his own. She was kind, selfless and very brave, but was brutal for her enemies. She was also strongest in sense she had to witness the death of every person she loved from her father to Sultan Ahmed to all of her children. The situation turned her to be brutal. She was hell for her enemies. Sultan Ahmed was the great grandson on Sultan Suleiman. He was known for her kindness and was highly inspired by his great grandfather. Kosem also became the legal wife of Sultan Ahmed. Also kosem wasn't related to Hurrem and Sulieman. She was also a slave brought to harem. She was never greedy but accepted her destiny and ruled the fucking world. And also to remind you that, Magnificent Century and Magnificent century: Kosem are different series. These two series are combined in this compilation. U can watch Magnificent Century: Kosem separately. You'll have more knowledge about it. Magnificent Century is about Hurrem and Sulieman while Magnificent Century: Kosem, is all about Kosem Sultan. (All of these facts are historically true.)
I mean nurbanu, safiye, kosem and turhan got their power because of hurrem... After all, she's the reason behind the Sultanate of women. She took the first steps... She walked so kosem could run. I see a lot of people hating on hurrem sultan because of how this series portrayed her. But they forget she was the reason why sultanas gained power outside the harem and got the title "haseki sultan aka queen consort ".
I am glad that you are reacting to this🥰🥰🥰
❤️❤️

@NiNi-di6ne yes absolutely correct.
