This is Batface, I'm the Sgt at arms for a 99 club called the Next of Kin out of Lima Ohio... I'm good at my job cause I'm an ex con and I can read a prison yard and any club that we walk into. I take pride in keeping my president and the whole family safe no matter where we go.
SAA for the last 3 years . Few SAA duties : Head of security for the MC, Protecting his Prez , Maintain order within the MC, Make sure by-laws within the MC are not being violated. Good knowledge in your videos.

This is a true real video and I hope that anybody that is deciding or wanting to be in an MC watches this video because like you said a lot of self reflecting has to go on before you make that decision. And once you've made that decision and you have committed to your brother's to do whatever is needed of you it has to be 100%. I was a supporter of a club but once I sat down and realized I couldn't give the MC a 100% I chose to walk away. Now I support and pray for all clubs. It's just like in the Marines and the Army, the SGT is the backbone of the group. The leader and protector in battle. If you look in history most great men that fought in battles were SGT's first then they got promoted for kicking ass.

I just got the president position in our motorcycle ministry the Freedom Riders. These videos have been very helpful to learning more about the club side of things. We are not a club by any means. But its helps me for when we are around clubs

I held the Enforcers position all 13 years I was as member of the Rengades MC as well as held Regional Enforcer office and stood in for the national enforcer at times.

I feel like a big part of the start position is being sober. Maybe two drinks always aware always clearheaded. In our club we don’t give out officer positions anyone asks where all the p we are all the Sarge, all the vp. During large events while everyone else is talking and hanging out Sarges are the ones running security or running the prospects keeping an eye on everything. And also passing out the punishment as you said. My stepdad always use to tell Me if your hated as a sarge chances are you’re doing your job.
You've come a long way and I'm proud to say everything I know about MC culture is because of you keepin it 💯. Its kept me logical in situations and I wanna say Thanks man 🇺🇸👍👊🏻

Fixing to start my 8th straight year as my chapters SA... Been through 4 Prez in that time. Longest held officer position Club wide by 5yrs. Get asked all the time when am i taking the gavel. My answer "Never".. Cause I know the role i was born to fill.

The president is a figurehead the board makes the big decisions the s@a is one of the most powerful members of the board so yes it happens you do whats best for the club
You earn respect - not demanding it! I want people around me telling me what position/rank/ title will be because then I know I have their respect. If you're in a position where you need to be " diplomatic and show other respect" I would like to have someone that is " cool headed and street smart" instead of starting fights. If muscles needs he needs to use it as well.....of course!

I respect what you stated about the Sgt at Arms position. Under playing the position. And I am trying to be real with myself. There are times that the Sgt at Arms may not agree with the President. What are your opinions about this type of situation?
The president is a figurehead the board makes the big decisions the s@a is one of the most powerful members of the board so yes it happens you do whats best for the club

If you're in a position where you need to be " diplomatic and show other respect" I would like to have someone that is " cool headed and street smart" instead of starting fights. If muscles needs he needs to use it as well.....of course!

i am a hang around currently & although i am loyal to the club i MAKE SURE I STAY IN MY PLACE AS A supporter & just be there when they need me. The club has been good to me & although they treat me as a brother i play my position to best of my knowledge. Can you do a video about what it means to be a Supporter & Hang Around & break down 1.) if there is a difference. 2.) what do the club look for . 3.) what is the club expectations.
