Thanks for sharing your US home family with us. The Aligator did look pretty good. I can't help but think of the fire fly in The Princess and the Frog 🤣🤣
Great to meet your extended family over the pond! It'll soon be Halloween and Bonfire Night at home in the UK. Are you and the kids getting ready for it?
I see why hot dogs in a jar held no fear … now, haggis, that’s a challenge … tastes nice until you know what it is … I gave up eating tripe, black pudding and tongue when I found out what they were … and Ulster slices, too, but that’s mainly because nobody knows what they are in the South. It looks like a brick sliced up, somewhat like Spam but more robust in texture … and I only found out I wasn’t eating real scallops when I moved to London from the frozen North and saw real scallops … all that time what I’d been eating was slices of potato in batter, fried, from the Chinese fish and chip shop.
Alligators, crocodiles, horseshoe crabs, sea horse's, coelacanth and nautilus, all survived mass extinctions, and have evolved very slowly. All tough little buggers, all really living dinosaurs. Who needs Jurassic Park.
I had alligator in Florida years back, though not fried. It was tasteless and very very chewie, despite being professionally cooked. I also had snake, this was less tough, but still pretty tasteless. Now ostrich on the other hand...
Awesome can’t wait till next time
Alligator 🐊 Wow 😲 but you're Son likes it 👍🏽🖐🏽

Beautiful family, beautiful times, savour them people life goes by before you know it!
Great night, great people! A pleasure to meet your family.
America's like their fried food. Southern home cooking. You'll have to invite family over to sample the British fish & chips
We absolutely will.
