I do not have a business account, tax file, employee liability insurance, etc. Can I apply for a sponsorship license to enable me to be an employee? I have a similar company in my home country and I have all the supporting documents to prove that I'm a genuine applicant.

Yes if your employer is an Approved Sponsor and they are ready to sponsor you with at least minimun salary required for the role.
