My husband was in uk last 4 year he was from india , in 2018 came uk as an seaman visa but it's fraud consultant recruit him and at Heathrow airport immigration Officers take him for unavailability of proper papers .and after that he claimed the asylum , after a month he come out from the asylum and overstayed in uk 3 year, after he called home office to return the home country 2021 August after a month home office authority's give public fund 3000 pound and flight ticket he return to India , but he got 2 to 5 year ban .now I got a job in uk as care assistant so I want to apply the spouse visa for my husband is it possible
Sir I don't gave reasons letters but I was told in 2017 after applied visitor visaand got rejected after that I got to know I was banned ... but both the agents didn't gave me any letters ... now I want to know if in 2008 I was banned then it will end in 2018 .. but in 2017 I had mistakenly applied for visitor visa . Then that 2008 banned will restart again from 2017 when I applied in tourist visa in 2017 . I had applied under bann period is that true . Does 10yr ban can extend if we applied application under ban period??
Hi Shanky, the ban period will remain in force for ten years from the date of refusal. Could you please clarify if the 2017 refusal was just an automatic refusal because of the previous ban or was it also refused on the basis of previous refusal and false representation in this application. Please email your refusal letters for better understanding.
