Actually, this animation during that episode was done by one freelancer alone that wit hired in like 4 months if I'm not mistaken
@@user-qx1id1dt8x 3 months to storyboard and 4 to animate. People seem to dismiss the time needed to plan a scene like this. Animators don't just start animating and shit gets done. Prior management is key.

My man drew the hardest scene of the entire show.RESPECT
I'd give it Eren and Reiner's first Titan fight.
This scene was impressive in the anime, yes, but it just had human characters performing crazy acrobatics. Plus the buildings in the anime were CG.
Now imagine Eren and Reiner's Titans, which have great detail to their designs(especially Reiner) performing high level MMA moves, being closely glued together almost the whole time.
Seems harder to me, though the Levi Vs Kenny sqaud is just nicer overall.

@@wungusbill_ It was done by Nakamura, a famous and celebrated animator who revealed the time he took for the cut. We don't know how long it took probably a whole team to do that Eren Vs Reiner fight. With no given estimate, I'm allowed to speculate that the fight was more complex and required greater manpower to complete, putting it in a different league of difficulty.
Just cause it's revealed how long it took for one scene doesn't discredit the sophistication of another.

Man, animation is no joke. The amount of time and effort it takes to create a few seconds of motion is mind blowing. And you chose to do what is probably the most difficult scene to animate in the whole season. Amazing work. Props to you!
This is why i always get pissed off when someone watches anime on a free website and complain like as if they knew how to draw 2 frames

@@Hit-gv5cc He probably did watch the video maybe your light settings are low but you can see the predrawn lines that are later traced over(so like a double trace one lightly before shooting the video and the stronger one shown in the video).
Like if you pause at 01:32 you see kennys face is already traced with strong lines while his arms and sleeves are lightly drawn and a second later they too are traced over with the darker lines.

@@ilikeanimals5015 Tracing in animation isnt a bad thing, ur pretty much just making the finished product and making it look as good as possible and professional, without tracing you would waste time and thats no bueno in a working enviroment. Respect to the dude drawing so many frames by hand and making it that fluid, id say a job well done.
어떻게 그린거지?? 너무 신기해.....저걸 다 그린것도 신기하고 퀄리티가 높은 것도 신기하고 배경이나 행동을 잘 표현한것도 머릿속에 있는 게 그려지는 것도 신기함. 진짜 멋있다. 400시간...400장..한장당 1시간인데 굉장히 빠르게 그리심..나같으면 5천시간도 부족했을듯

저건 그렇게 그리는게 아니에요. 실제 애니메이션 동영상에서 프레임을 따서(움직이는 걸 한장 한장 사진으로 뽑아내서) 그 프레임을 따라그리는 거에요. 실제 있는 장면을 저런식으로 그려낸건 다 그렇게하는거라고 보시면돼요. 지금 생각하신 저 배경이나 행동을 표현한거는 진격의거인 애니메이션 작화팀에서 한겁니다.

@@user-yd4gq5rv2y アニメの場合はキャラと背景を別々の人が描いてるんだよ（アニメーターがキャラを描き、背景は美術の担当者が描く）。それに対してこの人は、キャラも背景も一人で描いている。しかも（白黒だけど）鉛筆で色まで塗っている（アニメーターは色まで塗らない）。たった一人でそこまでやってるのが凄いんだよ。
結局、模写だから分割作業でもオリジナルの作品を描いた人のほうがすごいにきまってるやん
ルーベンスの作品は分業体制だけど、それを模写して一人で書いたやつの方がえらいんか？

@@impasta1508 Thats the dumbest thing you can hear, every animator could draw and animate every fight scene possible like for instance dragon ball supers fight scenes like most animes have could animations and some go cheap but it really doesn't matter none are extremely hard to animate everyone has a different style
