When i was a kid and these came out i didnt like the way they looked at all. Thought the ring around the bumper was weird and the huge dead spot behind the quarter window. I just felt the previous generation that i was use to for my first few years of life was the shit especially the super bird. Couldn't accept anything else. Flash forward to years later these over time grew on me. Now hear we are with this thing and it is just beautiful with a gorgeous red paint job. I guess time and rarity as life flys by can change anything.
Sweet! Had one myself (without the Air Grabber) in gold with automatic. 😢missed that quick vehicle with its loud, throaty exhaust. Those were definitely the good old days.
Better than factory! My '69 air grabber oval lid had that same coyote decal except applied with an annoying wrinkle. Quality of this restoration EXCEEDS factory production quality!
