Gotta tell you this is the only thing I could find online that walked me through holding the proper buttons to activate the wifi. That is perhaps the least intuitive "smart device" interface activation I've ever seen. Thanks a lot - great, brief video had me up and running!
On the official LG site a friendly lady tells you "Make sure your product is WiFi enabled" but not how to do EXACTLY THAT. Like you buy a car abd they tell you "Make sure an engine is present under the hood". Ridiculous!
Hi! Thanks for the review. I have 2 LG WiFi mini’s and am able to control them with the app. My question is, when I change the temp on the app, the temp on the remote does not change. Shouldn’t they match? Otherwise how does the unit know what temp to go by? Thank you!

I'm also planning to buy an ac for 120 sqft bedroom ! Confused between 1 and 1.5 ton Only the room's ceiling will be exposed to the sunlight and the main thing to note is in summers the ambient temperatures reach up to 42°c Can you suggest something in this scenario !

I have LG TC18GQ by the way and it helped to turn wifi on my AC and connect app to it.

I'm not sure, I'll check it out. But, if it's a new model then it should be easy to configure the LG App.

Do we need to buy the wifi device separately(device kept on top of Ac) or it comes with the Ac.
