    Thanks professor wow. I like this exercise set up. But one thing, the shadow wrestling part . I dont know how to move like that. To do it correctly. Any one that can give me advice or tips will be appreciated. Please. Ous.

    Some are from Andre Galvao's video and some are ones I just wanted to add. There are six-sided dice like in Vegas, but then there are also twenty-sided dice. A twenty-sided die would be perfect to add a random element to this workout. That is my plan.

    Can someone please explain to me the respective time intervals? It seems like he is doing the exercises for less time than he would ordinarily so that he can verbally explain without totally winding himself in the process.. I've watched the video a couple times; and I'm still unsure of the time interval structure..

      TABATA is 4 minutes total. 20 seconds active (shadow wrestling in his case) 10 seconds rest (strength exercise in his case) until you reach 4 minutes
