Love that Josie Maran SPF! I’m allergic to chemical sunscreens plus most mineral sunscreen is drying and I have dry skin. There are no truly moisturizing mineral sunscreens on the market except for this one. This is the ONLY one that gives me the SPF and doesn’t dry my skin further. And I love how it plays with my favourite foundations. That is the icing on the cake. I use the untinted version as I’m around a NW 15 in full summer and lighter in winter. You are absolutely right about this amazing SPF.
My fave is my Timeless vitamin C . I can really see a difference and I just recently discovered Yeoth Hyaluronic Acid and pleasantly surprised at how plumping it is!! It is a definite must try👍Thank you for the recommended products..I think you may have me sold on Cosrx. Beautiful as always❤
I really appreciate the new price point of Bliss products as another affordable cruelty free option. I’ve heard really good things about their Drench & Quench Moisturizer, too. The Supergoop mineral sunscreens have been rocking my world this spring, but I do want to try the Josie Maran at some point. And I’m having a love affair with the Elf Hello Hydration face cream. Though the warmer it gets the less I need that thick of cream.
I love the snail mucin essence! I have a question I’ve put the ingredients into skincarisma, which analyzes ingredients, and I don’t see glycolic in it. And I took it from yes styles website. All i see listed is a section called “major ingredients” not a full list, I’m assuming . I’m about to go look on Dermstore, that’s where I ordered mine :)
Heidi Ledford I think Lauren misspoke on it having glycolic. It does not. (The other Cosrx product does, so I can totally imagine doing the same thing!) Anyway, such a great product!
It’s not listed in the ingredient list, but its naturally occurring in the snail mucin along with peptides and hyaluronic acid. Here’s the article saw it in- www.google.com/amp/nymag.com/strategist/amp/article/snail-mucin-skin-benefits.html I’m sure the actual composition is pretty small, but still pretty cool 👍🏻
My holy grail cleanser is the Youth to the People Kale + Green Tea Spinach Superfood Cleanser, so hydrating and cleans without making me dry, luxurious

I looked into a lot of them. Some really intrigue me with some star ingredients, but others seem really pricey for the components. I haven't bit the bullet yet. Have you tried any?
I’ve been using the Skinceuticals C E ferulic serum & hydrating b5 gel. Honestly, I’m not sure if I tell any more of difference between them & other brands like Kiehls, biossance or Farmacy? 🤷🏼♀️ I’ve read that med grade is suppose to be so much better for your skin but I can’t really tell yet? Wasn’t sure if you had any thoughts.
I use medical grade for the power houses like growth factors vitamin A and C . Love Osmosis. For cleansers and moisturizers i will use non medical grade. Philly in the house!
I take a bit of Alpha 10% and Paula’s Choice 2% BHA lotion (or gel) and I get more potent ingredients than Drunk Elephant 8%/2%. Just an idea - use separately too. More options and cheaper.
