Long time Ferrari fan here but i've gotta say Mercedes has the best 'everything' in F1. Best driver, best car, best social media, best personnel, best strategists. Hope Ferrari beat y'all next season but I gotta give respect where it's due. Keep up the good job.

The Williams F1 team has a budget/yearly revenue of around $157 million per year according to their annual financial report, so actually not that bad. I believe force India used to have the lowest of less than 80 million. However, with this knowledge, Williams' performance seems even more dreadful.

The most important guy in that garage is Toto. Without his leadership, all these talented guys would be suffocated in beurocracy and politics. Ferrari has great personnel too but the Ferrari environment is toxic for them to shine.
Finally, i can place a face on that "GET IN THERE LEWIS!" after every race. I was beginning to think thats just the stock music F1 guys played at the end of each race. Y'all win so damn often!
Ferrari has the legendary history with the sport. Redbull has the fun element backed by the redbull desire to sponsor all sports and wacky things. But Mercedes are the classy ones. The clean calm and sophisticated ones. The single minded team. I find that very peaceful and enjoyable to look at. P. S. These attributes are visible in their livery as well 😜😁
Every single one out there working for Mercedes AMG Petronas is motivated highly and they have a good atmosphere to work on! That's the reason every single person work heart out for the team which makes them a winning team in the sport! Cheers guys!

F1 engineering is in my family, my father & grandfather both retired lead in chief engineers and I have two uncles currently in F1 on engineering teams :) more drivers need to be like Hamilton, thanking the engineers and team after every race. The team wins not just the driver. Team sport
I do Electrical & Electronic Engineering as well, but I dream of being an engineer for Scuderia Ferrari. Hopefully we'll be rivals on the technical side :)

Mercedes are the Koenigsegg of F1. They have been putting so much of their business out there for us to see, understand and enjoy. Yeah, they have to hide the critical stuff but they really have been bringing fans into the inner sanctum lately and I for one, think it is fantastic. Other teams might learn from this. This is how you engage with your fans.
