They go away pretty fast :( 3) Is it worth upgrading starting armor with smithing stones or not really?
1.) crystal enemies are rare but heavy attacks seem to work the best so you can break their posture. 2.) While in combat you usually only have enough time to recast bloodflame. Maybe flame grant me strength if you’re lucky. That’s why it’s good to just nuke bosses right away. 3.) unfortunately you cannot upgrade armor 👍👍👍

@@ColdBwoyy Hi, do you have any videos explaining how to use incantations and ash of wars? Im new and I dont know how to apply them to the character or weapons
@@kevinsampallo4916 I don’t have a video, but I will try my best to explain here. In order to cast an incantation, you will need a seal. You’ll find about a dozen of these throughout your play through, but the cheapest and most basic one can be purchased from the twin maiden husks at the round table hold. You’ll need to rest at a site of grace, go to memorize spell and equip the incantations you would like to use. Just remember that certain incantations require specific attributes. Once you have a seal, equip it in your left hand and you’ll be able to cast your incantations. Ashes of war are found all throughout the game. To equip an ash of war to your weapon, rest at a site of grace and scroll down to ashes of war. After applying an ash of war to your right hand weapon, you’ll be able to activate it by pressing L2/LT on your controller. Hope this helps!
I’ll be honest, in my two playthroughs, killing Old Greyoll the old fashioned way (killing the baby dragons first, thereby reducing his health to 0) is A) much faster and B) much more fun. With Rock Sling already in your inventory, you have the best anti-dragon spell and give or take a couple extra levels before doing it, it’s a way more enjoyable and epic experience. I’d recommend doing that over spending 20+ minutes whacking his tail.
I believe last patch they had made it so you dont stack bleed build up, dual weilding wont double it you will only stack as if one weapon is hittinf im pretty sure
Great video and really professional adding the location and gameplay of the builds. I’m about to start my journey into Elden Ring and this video really helped me a lot deciding what choices I have to make early game . Just one question if anyone can help me answer it because I don’t really know what is the best option to choose at the very beginning if the golden seed to craft later on healt potions or the key you need to open some places like the turtle talisman. Thanks for the early help and greets from Mexico 🇲🇽
can you suggest a next step for these builds? i completed the sorcerer one and wondering what kind of improvements I can add after this or maybe if it is able to transition to an even better build
Do you have an updated version of the holy warrior of what weapons/stats etc to use after you have levelled up or should you use these exact weapons and spells the whole way through the game?
Just spent all day creating the holy warrior build - love it. Could you possibly post a video or reply here guiding players on what to upgrade level wise past level 50. I am a new player, and im wondering if I should simply put all of my points into faith to continue scaling with the treespear or if I also should put points into dex, strength, as well since it scales with those too. Im just wary of wasting levels by putting points into the wrong things. I also understand that eventually I'll want to change to the blasphemous blade, correct? Thanks for the awesome build.
Yes! Blasphemous Blade is the best faith weapon in the game. It requires at least 18 strength and 21 faith to wield but it scales evenly with strength and dexterity which means 21 faith is all you need. You can focus a majority of your points into Vigor and strength. Also, the claw mark seal is the seal you would want for the build since it scales with strength and faith, allowing you to actually deal damage with some of your incantations. Hopefully this helps.
@@ColdBwoyy ok so get the claw mark seal, and then level up strength and dex bc the blasphemous blade will scale with those eventually, along with the seal. And until then the treespear scales with strength and dex anyway so it’s fine. Right? So I should not keep putting points into faith.
@@mattgemmell1898 you only need 18 faith to wield the tree spear and it scales equally with strength faith and DEX meaning your damage output will continue to increase to matter which one you prioritize. If I were you I would get your faith to 21 and then do the rest into strength. Ideally getting your strength to 70-80 by the time you’re level 150.
@@ColdBwoyy thanks so much, that’s where my confusion was. I have heard people mention “soft caps” and such and spreading around points but I don’t really understand it. Thanks, I’ll put my points into strength and grab that seal. Appreciate all the help.

2) What's the standard process/attack flow for re-applying the spells during boss or regular PvE fighting? They go away pretty fast :(
3) Is it worth upgrading starting armor with smithing stones or not really?
1.) crystal enemies are rare but heavy attacks seem to work the best so you can break their posture.
2.) While in combat you usually only have enough time to recast bloodflame. Maybe flame grant me strength if you’re lucky. That’s why it’s good to just nuke bosses right away.
3.) unfortunately you cannot upgrade armor
👍👍👍
if its not too late, i would just play it normal first and if u have problems/ get bored/ or beat it on your own then try a new build
I just got the sorcerer's build done. Im really looking forward to try him out
Thanks
Gosh, I wish someone would make videos for what to do when you actually just start the game. I just got access to leveling up and I've been looking for videos on what to do starting now. All these build videos kind of assume you've already leveled up a LOT.
U have my sub. I love how much detail u put in the video
Thank you so much I appreciate you 🙏🏻
Appreciate the walkthrough bro def gonna grind for blood flame
Let me know if you have any questions! Thank you so much for watching
Which build is easier to get and used?
I’ll be honest, in my two playthroughs, killing Old Greyoll the old fashioned way (killing the baby dragons first, thereby reducing his health to 0) is A) much faster and B) much more fun. With Rock Sling already in your inventory, you have the best anti-dragon spell and give or take a couple extra levels before doing it, it’s a way more enjoyable and epic experience. I’d recommend doing that over spending 20+ minutes whacking his tail.
I just started my souls journey an your a big help g I appreciate it 🙏🏾💯
Glad I could help!
For the gravity sorcerer, use misericorde with magic afinity. And hit the crits with it
4:00 shooting the scarab from this location didn't work for me, but I don't have the same bow maybe that's the reason
Just getting closer to that bugger fixed it
Thank bro I went with bloodflame build. It looks so badass
Glad I could help!
This video was done very well. Great info! Keep it up!
Thanks Anthony 🙏🏻
@@ColdBwoyyCan you pls explain why I can’t use any of my spells
I just started, i followed the mage guide. Having fun slashing and slinging spells everywhere. Instead of getting steamed rolled like before.
Glad to hear that!
I believe last patch they had made it so you dont stack bleed build up, dual weilding wont double it you will only stack as if one weapon is hittinf im pretty sure
This video was extremely helpful man thank you!
Thank you so much for watching 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Great video and really professional adding the location and gameplay of the builds. I’m about to start my journey into Elden Ring and this video really helped me a lot deciding what choices I have to make early game . Just one question if anyone can help me answer it because I don’t really know what is the best option to choose at the very beginning if the golden seed to craft later on healt potions or the key you need to open some places like the turtle talisman. Thanks for the early help and greets from Mexico 🇲🇽
I would do the golden seed just because the stone sword key can be purchased from the twin maiden husks at the round table hold
BB music behind ❤ awesome build thanks for your good work!
Bloodborne nostalgia 🔥 thank you so much for watching 🙏🏻
Thanks for another brilliant Video.Cheers! Thanks for sharing.Total respect bro.
My man!
Great video!! Instant sub 3 minutes into this video, great job explaining everything, look forward to more of your videos.
Thank you so much! I’m glad you enjoyed 🙏🏻
can you suggest a next step for these builds? i completed the sorcerer one and wondering what kind of improvements I can add after this or maybe if it is able to transition to an even better build
S-tier build guide. Thank you my guy.
Thanks for watching!
Side note: you do not need to level up both strength AND dex. Only strength as long as you meet the minimum requirement for dex
@@ColdBwoyy thanks so much, that’s where my confusion was. I have heard people mention “soft caps” and such and spreading around points but I don’t really understand it. Thanks, I’ll put my points into strength and grab that seal. Appreciate all the help.
Gr8 video it’s my fault for not knowing what’s going on but I made it work got the build bout to run through the game I’m hype
For Mage build I started with the carrion armor
hehe gravity sorcerer is carrying me rn thank you ❤
You’re welcome 🙏🏻
Great video but as a beginner, you should make a video on how to activate all of these items. Very confusing to get the items and not know how to active the items. Overall, kudos to you. But I had to go to reddit to figure out how to use these items.
What do you mean by activate?
@@ColdBwoyy I figured it out, now looking back at the comment I meant how to equip these items. So much in this game that it's hard to get a grasp of it all on one day.
This is what I don’t like about the game.. no hints or directions :/
So I’m new to ER but I’m loving it so far and everything it has to offer.. This maybe a dumb question so I apologize in advance but, I saw your spellblade sorcerer build and am interested in making it.. should I start with this gravity sorcerer build here to begin with?
Yes! Gravity sorcerer is the early game version
Awesome, thanks man.. you’ve been a constant help lol
are you planning on doing a mid/late game version of this vid. Great vid!!!
Should add the pickled fowl foot to the sleeping dragon
Thank you!
Considering the holy warrior is faith and dex, how easy would it be to use the bloodhound fang early in the playthrough?
You could make it work pretty early. Just make sure you have enough faith for your incantations.
Great flow of descriptions, content content Content, instead of bla bla bla
Appreciate it ( liked, comment, abo )
Thank you so much for your support 🙏🏻
Stone. Sword. Key. ;)
Why not Bloodhounds Fang over the Katana?
im stuck with my original greatsword from the opening of the game now +8. But I wanna switch to one that will give me the same performance or better. Any recommendations. Im level 58, HERO build.
The blasphemous blade from killing Rykard at the valcano manor!
I want to have a playthrough where I don't miss any quests for the platinum trophy. Is the nagakiba the only katana that is good for the samurai build? Or do you have any good build that doesn't kill questgivers?
after leveling the gravity sorc build past 50 what should my focus be? thank you so much you saved me today!
I’m glad you like the build! Well, intelligence, mind, and vigor will always be your main stats. If you want a great intelligence weapon I would go grab the Moonveil katana from the Gael Tunnel boss 👍
@@ColdBwoyy great tips and swift response. amazing stuff man, awesome channel.
@@ihav4gotnappreciate you 🙏🏻🙏🏻
what flask of wondrous physick do you recommend for the bleed build?
hi bro, nice video btw! my question is, what is the website of the map you're using, the one that displays ashes of war on the map ( 3:44), thanks in advance!
Just search Elden Ring interactive map on google. I believe it’s the IGN one 👍
@@ColdBwoyy thank you so much bro!
How are you blocking with that dexterity build? Can you block with 1 handed weapons?
So, for the holy warrior build, i already bought flame sling from brother corhyn, is the one in the video different at all? (Also the vid really helped so far)
Great video... But I can't believe after all this time people still pronounce stone... SWORD key wrong. It's even shaped like a sword... :D
I know lol. What’s weird is the fact that they made it one word. That’s what confused me. I’m like surely it can’t be stone sword key lol
Thanks
Thank you for watching 🙏🏻
Bloodborne background music. or is Bloodbornes soundtrack also in Elden Ring? I’m assuming you put this soundtrack for aesthetic hu
Yes the music is fantastic 👍
Thanks so much that was helpfull, i beginning with the holy warrior build. I have one question, i find a memory stone , but i have only 3 slot for spells you why have 4? And 1 have only 1 slot for talisman
Thx
You can find more memory slots as you play the game. Also, as you progress through the story and kill the main story bosses, you will unlock more talisman slots 👍
@@ColdBwoyy and what about leveling, which is best method first time leveling dex or faith? I pickd up everithing what is is in your video, today i starting the " normal gameplay" i have now 18 dex, 22fth. What is the normal max Dex 50 / FTH 50 or what is the best method ?
I am beginner
thanks 4 answer
Pumpkin head is going to be the death of me
I got the sword and the incantations and I leveled up to the right level, but one thing I notice is my incantations don’t last very long. Is there a way to increase the duration of the incantations?
Yes! The old lords talisman increases the duration of spells and incantations!
Can i make the holy warrior build into "The BEST Strength/Faith Build For Elden Ring DLC!" I'm brand new so I don't know how anything works.
Yes! That’s the end game version of the holy warrior build
@@ColdBwoyy ok thank you so much!
what is and how did you get plus 9 on your nagakiba? and my nagakiba is apparently called keen nagakiba does that make any difference
You find smithing stones as you play the game for upgrading. Keen is perfect because it’s scaling with dexterity.
how do you put on the ash of war and the blood slash at the same time, or can you not?
Brooo how did you miss arrows reach talisman for the gravity sorcerer. It extend the range of rock sling!
I thought it only worked with arrow range?
I am 5 hours in limgrave and only defeated Bloodhound darvil i am so lost
Is the armour important in anyway? I chose warrior class and like to try this! Sorry if the answer is obvious! I am new
holy warrior looks insane
It’s really a great build that makes you feel incredibly powerful
Has anyone got any tips on what to do after completing the holy worrier build?
Watch my most recent video! It’s an end game version of the holy warrior
For the holy Warrior build is there any other faith weapons that I can use instead of the tree spear? Focusing faith and dex?
Blasphemous blade is the best faith weapon in the game and it scales evenly with strength and dexterity
East side of Caelid XD 12:17
Defs gonna do the bleed build I’m fairly new to Elden I’m level 18 or should I get to a certain level before I start hunting for everything?
You can start hunting immediately!
ty but jsyk its stone SWORD key, cause, cause its a key, thats a sword... made of stone
Thanks 😂💪🏼
thank you, helps a lot
I'm new to the game and I chose the prisoner class , I already killed the first boss , which build is going be good for me?
