I receive the same ones and they always ask how to do something even if it's a recording

@@313rail Yeah I just put my phone up to the speakers using a selfie stick and record the announcements at the far end of the platforms

@@Train52Where ever I go the announcements usually play a certain amount of minutes before the scheduled departure time. So for Liverpool lime street the announcements play 3 minutes before the train departs. Other stations it’s like 5 minutes or as soon as the train is entering the platform etc
