Hey, y'all! I'm so excited to share my boho apartment tour with you. I moved here three years ago and filled it with all the things I love--lots of macrame wall hangings, tons of plants, brass finishes, singing bowls, a range of textures, and more. I'm inspired by eclectic California decor, so that was my goal. My apartment also faces south, which gives great all-day light for my plants. It's a boho lover's paradise. I hope you enjoy!!

I’m moving into my first apartment on my own in a few days so I’m just watching videos for decor and general aesthetic inspiration. I know this is an old video and this is the first video I’ve seen of yours , but I LOVE how you made this apartment look so warm and homey. This is proof that you don’t need a fancy modern place to have a beautiful space. Also, that color is not illegal lol. I chose a lot of woods and greens for my apartment but I’m pulling it together with pops of color with floral decor, towels, etc.

Nice job with all your work. I agree with the warm colors. Chrome reminds me of hospitals, or machines. I don't want that in my live space either.
I can’t wait to get rid of my old boring furniture, I’m so obsessed with bohemian decor that is what kind of furniture I’m going for
I always look at Boho apartment tours as they are always so COLOURFUL & full of INTEREST (like my space..my signature colour is Ruby red (red is STILL considered old fashioned!!) I have gold sheer curtains behind my heavy curtains because on a dull day it softens the gray light creeping in & i combine it with all my lampshades!! (Don't do overhead lighting at all!) & on a sunny day I'm in heaven!! Luckily here in Malta we have lots of the yellow stuff going on 😎 LOVE u'r home!! Thank u for showing me round😁

I grew up in the 70s around lots of plants, sunlight, rattan, bamboo, woods and brass. I didn’t know it is called Boho. NOW I know how to decorate my spaces. You’re place is dreamy! I can’t wait to see how you decorate your new space.

So cute! The old apartments can have so much charm, my favorite thing is all that natural light streaming through. I'm so jealous .
You have a nice place. You have decorated it well. I like all the hippie stuff. Tips: I have curtains in the doorways (very hippie looking) -use a tension rod at top of door. Get a couple of macrame hangers. And you should get a dusty turquoise blanket for the back of your couch. Then it will match the rug. Your place has such warm relaxing colors. Very nice!

Uhg I love your palette! I absolute love the beige, earthy tones combined with the green plants and then splashes of color here and there. Also all the geometric shapes. It’s just such a nice aesthetic like everything comes together perfectly. Def coming back to this vid when I get my next place :)

I have the Ikea cube shelf that you have in your bedroom, and added some vintage looking legs to it. It makes a big difference, and it's inexpensive :-) Lovely apartment. Looking forward to seeing your new space.

Nina ... put a wide pan..like a cake pan on the radiator... especially in the winter...spray also the radiators with water a couple times week in the winter...your plants will love it..

Absolutely love your apartment! The plants, wall hangings and comfy couch was exactly what I had in my first apartment in northern CA... (1977) I had about 100 plants and I took a macrame class and made plant and wall hangings. So yes, you got the vibe correct! Later, when I decided to move cross country to DC (drive) I had to sell my plants. Couldn't fit them in my Toyota. Can't wait to see your new place.
Hi there your apartment is so lovely .my place is an eclectic home as I love lots of different styles so now I just put in my home what draws my eye and things I just love and it seems to look homely.your hangings are beautiful .if you can't part with the TV may be put it in a cupboard side board bit of furniture then you can still put things on the side .so homely x

Your place is so sweet and cozy, you gave me so many ideas.... we have very similar spaces, my apartment was build in 1950, and we have the same exact tile in the bathroom!!! And yeas, i know that struggle in the bathroom, there is no real storage, i've had to get creative.
