Been watching and enjoying your videos for a few weeks now. Wondering how many dishes you are responsible for at your station? I like how well you toss your salads. Not a dry green in the pan! And… how many times have you caught or almost caught a finger on that nail?
I am glad you are enjoying the videos, I am currently responsible for the pasta and salad station. I certainly enjoy salad tossing until satisfactory is achieved. Nevertheless, I didn’t quite understand you about finger and nails?
