If you expend the title I provided a full playlist. The tune you're asking about is called dr MacPhail's reel.
How can he get the sound of bagpipes always in the background just with his guitar? Is it a trans-acoustic?
It could be that he's using an open tuning which gives you the resonant sympathetic drone string sound.
An alternative tuning called DADGAD
