I'm sorry to hear you might have endometriosis :(. I might have pcos but what I have gathered from doctors that might help you is exercise and cutting out sugar as much as you can :)). I also agree with the changes I would love for you to cover and talk about catholic news and give your opinion and have less guests and talk about things more from ur perspective! I also would love more raw talks about life like this one and even a budgeting video if it is possible. All in all every day issues and how to combat them like a christian would be great to hear in your videos and podcast :). You talking about how ur prayer routine is and or even how u go about ur day has helped me quit a lot, as it is real life talk and raw and not so much difficult theological topics with complex terms that feel so far away from every day life. Sending u lots of love!! May God continue to bless you!
I've had stuff like you described happening to my body for the past 6 years. Came on so suddenly. Finally a gastro gave me a SIBO test--absoutely insane that no one suggested this before. And that's what it was. 2 rounds of antibiotics and im able to eat whatever I want again--dairy, sugar, gluten. Might be worth mentioning this if no one has. This often takes years to diagnose because it's not the first thing they think of.

Good video
I can definitely relate to the introvert issues. My wife is an extrovert and doesn't comprehend my issues with noise and crowds.

Unless, of course, they are sure it's endometriosis
Gluten free maybe?
Hm maybe
