The thing to note here is ShaoShang is already very comfortable with Gen. Ling for her to cry so hard in front of/beside him. She would not do this had it been Yuan Shen or other people because she has so much pride and usually don't want other people to see her weak. So, ShaoShang is not aware yet at this point, but her heart was already open to Ling Buyi.
