Addiction is a difficult rut to get out of once one has become so entrapped, but this song captures every tiny emotion that goes along with the feeling of being controlled. Well done, mate.

She is the one searching for someone else, and the fact that she's being hunted is just the name of the game. He got so comfortable that he forgot about the possibility that sometimes it doesn't have to be someone who steals your beloved, they just choose to run and find something better, and along the way she or he may just grab the attention of a wolf. They've carved their own niche in the underground/independent rap world and it's no accident that they don't sound like everyone else. Slug as a storyteller is untouchable from my perspective, you would really enjoy other tracks by this artist as well if this hit home with you. Check out "Guarantees", "Me", and everyone's favorite "Yesterday" for more like this.

Maybe you don't like the subconscious feeling it brings back, maybe it taps at some memory, but how can you say you don't like it!?
