It's the transition between a sweet dream and a nightmare. Imo you can also tell this is also a foreshadowing of TXT's duality especially with all their concepts. It's okay if you dont vibe with it haha. Some people dont because they wish two different parts are two different songs. However, I think Eternally remains perfect as it is. It literally is one of the songs that got me into TXT. I'd give anything to listen to it the first time again.
Ahahahaaa I'm cackling at you pausing this song right before the switch up oh my gosh. Yeah I totally understand if this song isn't really your taste though! I actually love the instrumentation of the slower part, very vibey and mellow. But of course that's up to preference. The first time I heard this song I was just listening through the album for the first time and I remember my reaction being somewhere along the lines of, "I'm sorry but WHAT" 🤣 I was so confused about the song that I just had to look up the MV for it, and that was when the song somehow started to really grow on me hahaha. Anyways, as far as the video goes, I actually saw this and then recommended it even though I actually know nothing about TXT's lore myself lolol. So I have no clue what's going on either really. It was a while ago I recommended this so if i'm honest I don't quite remember my thinking on why I recommended it. I think when I first saw the video something about it just sort of stuck with me even though I don't know the story line. I just really enjoyed it for, like you said, the production value, and just as a very interesting way of delivering the song. Like once I watched the video I was like, "Oh this is how the song is supposed to be experienced." Because you seem to enjoy lore and story telling in MV's I just thought it might be interesting for you to see even though you don't really know anything about their story line. Anyways, thanks for reacting! If I were to recommend something for you to check out next (not 19 minutes this time lol) I would say maybe their songs "Blue Hour" or "Magic"? Both very fun, popular songs of theirs, not much to do with story line I don't think. There's also their song "We Lost The Summer" which was more specifically about the year Covid started and just the loss that a lot of people felt for that summer being spent so isolated. That's a good one too.
Thank you for the additional recommendations. Even though I wasn't sure what was going on with the MV because I'm not very familiar with TXT's lore, it was still very enjoyable. It was like a really long trailer to a movie that I would really enjoy. Seriously. Make that movie, TXT.
Actually Txt have an storyline as you can see in the mv same with bts and Enhypen they also have Webtoon though.. and at the start of the mv is actually an Stage since in their webtoon they are also an idol with just using a magic😊
Okay I just started the video but I would just like it to go on record: You can squint at me ALL YOU WANT, but when I recommended it in my comment under your Crown reaction on Patreon I specifically told you: "They made a music video for it that's actually mostly story based. It's 19 minutes long with the song broken up into parts throughout the video." To which you responded: "I'm intrigued by this 19 minute story-based video. Debating on whether to watch some more MVs first." 🤨 All jokes by the way, not actually trying to be rude or anything! I just thought since you started the video that way I'd engage in some lighthearted pettiness 😂😉

Even if I don't vibe with the song, I really enjoy how it fits into the cinematic MV. That's on a whole 'nother level.

Yeah, it seems like that's the feeling you're supposed to get. I'm really intrigued by this whole storyline. I'll have to check out more.
