As the end of his life approached, the Buddha was very clear on the answer: it was his Threefold Way of Ethics, Meditation and Wisdom. But in today’s world we also need to draw out two things that were taken for granted in the Buddha’s time: friendship and imagination. So come and hear experienced Buddhists explore these vital elements for our spiritual growth.
