Just moved to Gwinnett County from MI and excited about all the cool trails GA has to offer that are so close. Cool channel. I’ll be checking these out
You are about to have the best time out there. Georgia is packed with places to hike and explore. Since you are in Gwinnett, the mountains are only an hour or so away. You should start with Yonah Mountain as it provides one of the best views in the state! Unfortunately, most places are closed right now. Let's hope we can all return soon!
Thank you my friend! Hope that you can explore some of these areas. Love hiking in North Georgia. So much to see and do. Just wish the heat and humidity was not so bad! Cheers

Love hiking the AT in Georgia. I recommend hiking from Hogpen Gap to Neel Gap as it is a great day hike but will require a shuttle. Check out the Bryon Reece to Blood Mountain as you can loop back using the Freeman Trail which is one of my favorite hikes in Georgia. Thanks for watching and the support!
Thank you for watching my friend! These are definitely some of the best spot in my opinion that I have found hiking throughout Georgia. Look forward to seeing more of your videos as well. Cheers!
It's About Time Now yes! Preachers rock is a short hike from Woody Gap and provides such a great view! Thanks for watching and the kind words my friend! See you on trail! Cheers
Great video! Nice opening shot of Blood Mountain shelter. Definitely a top ten! Wow, hope to revisit Preacher’s Rock again to catch that amazing view. Yonah looks beautiful as well. Great job putting this together!

Cool video... very informative. I hope to section hike Springer past the NC line sometime this year or next. Looks like I could hit a lot of these spots.
You will definitely hit some of these spots on your hike going NOBO to the State line. They just reopened the AT in Georgia and we did Hogpen to Neel Gap over the weekend. The weather was perfect and we got to experience some great views along the way. The video is up in case you are interested! Cheers
Really awesome top 10! One of our favorites is Bartram Trail to Pinnacle Knob. The trail is usually very quiet and the view at the top is just so relaxing, especially when you have it to yourself!

Great footage. We have walked several trails in Vogel State Park. Love Vogel! I saw the list you had of trails. We live close to Kennesaw Mountain. 😊 love camping at all the state parks. Take care!

That is actually on my list of places to hike in 2020! I want to Thru hike the Pine Mountain trail, but may need to wait until the cooler months because it gets brutal out there. I have hiked the Dowdell's Knob trail a few years ago and the temps were in the 90's. Thanks for watching and your comment! Cheers
I know exactly what mean about the heat. A couple weeks ago we did the 4.6 loop that included the overlook, the connector trail over to the coopers furnace trail and to the Allatoona dam and back for 10.9 total. 87 with 90% humidity and I am 55. It was brutal.
Thank you for the support my friend! Glad to hear that you have had a chance to explore some of these trails and have found some new places to explore. Cheers!
I’ve hiked all over the country coast to coast and one of my favorite trails of all time is Kennesaw mountain. You must do it in the spring when everything is blooming. I am in Florida now with the beautiful beaches, that many times can be packed, but I miss north Georgia hiking. I want to move back for mountains and green and water and trees. Nothing like the solitude of hiking to get away from the crowded beaches. You just can’t beat north Georgia hiking.
Totally agree about North Georgia! There is so many places to explore with so many different types of landscape to enjoy. Just did a Thru hike of the PMT in FDR and it was awesome.
