With Manta Batarangs you need to use BNGG and have max lethal on Manta. Because batarangs works if you constantly keep the poison up and it accumulates.
Using BNGG you get infinite power gen so you can keep on doing SP3 to stun the opponent and thanks to the extra fast attack hits from batarangs, you can do 47-63 hit combos in the duration that the opponent is stunned before you stun them again.
This used to exceed a billion but after a nerf a year or so ago, I can do 730 billion with Manta batarangs, BNGG and any third character with 37k raid attack passives and in a full fight with 64k attack passives he can do upto 1.2 billion cleanup with batarangs.
It is different that Manta can one shot 2 bill without batarangs or raven, but batarangs is fun for a cleanup or fun on lower tiers of new raids. With bngg you won't even need the SGL shield. If you want I can share a video.
