That police office (the one on the right) was terrible. He contradicts himself, back tracks, is only interested in their hearsay and not your actual recording and obviously hasn't seen any of their recordings. He needed to establish 'conduct that has caused, or is likely to cause, harassment, alarm or distress to any person' first, then he can use section 50, not just because 'I'm a police officer and I say so'.

What are they hiding is a question I been asking myself for a while and why are these security guards in these hotels so afraid of the residents talking
I would hazard a guess a little bit kf exploration maybe going on maybe the those in charge maybe the security are collecting payments from the residents it's easy money
Just seems strange seeing a video the other day how one of the residents says he only gets 7 quid a week and I'm pretty sure they get a lot more than that to cover basic needs

Section 50 only works if you were verbally abusive or using threatening behaviour. The new law however is if a migrant feels alarmed and distressed by your actions then you can be arrested on the spot.
They are not migrants, they are illegal immigrants and public money is being used to pay for all of it, including those so called security guards.

Because the companies taking them on are nearly all owned by foreign nationals helping them get student visa's that they lie for and then do not study. They use this scam to enter UK and then with the companies knowledge overstay their visa's. All sites paid for with public money, no signs, no legal legislation proven and shown and not illegal to film at all.

Not defending them, but an Sia license is fairly cheap these days, ALSO, I'm not sure about the area you're in but where I am theres about 3-4 times a year where companies hold FREE Sia training with garunteed badges at a local site, I can only assume its government funded. Worth looking into if it can help you
