Been waiting a long time for Anankos, they finally added Risen King Chrom, also Fallen Byleth is from a route in 3 Hopes where you fail to recuit Byleth
They just had to put fallen Chrom after we got Felix who decided to do the same thing as fallen Ike (not showing up until I spark him with 2 pitybreakers). In Felix case a 5 star and a 4 star special. And here I was wanting to save for legendary Xander. I'll be trying for Anankos to fodder.
There's actually no need to use Special Spiral 4 on Fallen Female Byleth, since Time's Pulse 4 will recharge Divine Pulse fully after combat due to Slaying. You could do that if you want to nullify non-special DR, but she's probably better with Close Call 4 for just the %DR. Dangit. I'm trying to save here and here comes Fallen King Chrom coming to take my orbs
Spiral 4 gives you DR% negation and +5 true damage, and frees up your C skill for something else The DR% from Divine Pulse is already way more than sufficient, so CC4 isn't as necessary IMO
Honestly, yeah, that argument is definitely valid. With the 75% DR, SS4 is a very viable alternative. Close call 4's Phantom Spd effect, I believe actually works for the Spd Preempt effect of Byleth's weapon, so she can actually , technically, be slower than the foe and still get the vantage as long as she's not too much slower.
Very nice! Chrom finally gets his fallen alt, the final boss of Fire Emblem Fates Revelation is in the game, Maria gets her 2nd alt and both female Byleth & Chrom joins Edelgard, Dimitri & Celica in having Fallen, Brave and Legendary alts. All in all, this banner is good.

Byleth actually has obstruct/bulwark in her weapon, not gatekeeper's anti warp detailed report. I think I'll have to pull on this banner for her, her art is amazing.
So... Fallen Byleth is better B'Marth like straight up, Fallen Maria is Ymir but actually broken, Anankos is the (probably) the best Seliph counter and Fallen Chrom is Brave Chrom with a rearmed hero weapon.

I can only assume the 2 40 pity summons is because Byleth is color sharing with Chrom (though I hope its something they do in the future). I'm on some major copium that our next Resplendent is Lloyd (or at least next GHB one) because we have both a fast Re:armed sword and also another GHB Linus alt (Would rather him be the Cog of Destiny linus instead of Morph Linus -granted, he wasn't insane in cog of destiny but moreso on a revenge streak if you killed Lloyd First). Going to be interesting to see how his prf goes because already he has Slaying, ATK/SPD +10, & Bonus Reversal Doubler -not like the most cracked combination, but for an early gen GHB its pretty good.
Maria is about to make Lucia even more fun! Not to mention the new upgraded DC that gives stats in BOTH PHASES with no drawback! Maria could make Formortiis quite annoying too...
F!F!Byleth looking clean tho. Perfect build of speedy Godsword with (I’m assuming) 47 spd + superboon. The Arcane sword looks better than Eljudnir and Arcane weapons are worth it imo. Definitely summoning.
Really wish that Chrom was infantry, so he had different movement restrictions for skills than Lif. None of them are really that impressive other than Chrom, and it's mainly because of his reposition skill. Maria is gonna be real nice to have in the normal summoning pool though. I keep randomly getting the busted units as pity breakers, so getting Maria's fodder would be nice for her special and B skill. Anankos is just another speed bulk dragon, and it just goes to show how bad Savvy Fighter was initially that they already powercrept it. The only saving grace for Savvy Fighter on release is that it was the only solid B skill for fast enemy phase armors, but still gonna be niche. Gonna need Windsweep, Hardy Bearing, or flash effect on Byleth to not get obliterated. While Special Spiral 4 is redundant, the DR piercing is important for her.
Linus: Savage Dog, oh yeah, this is definitely savage✌🏻🥳 don't really care for the banner units the GHB saves this update for me. Chrom doesn't need any more alts, period he should let some other males get some manservice...how they forget Matt Mercer voices Shigure and they dodge giving him anything is beyond me but whatever I got my man, Linus. Now all I need is Justice for Lloyd.
well... im happy i dont have to spend orbs for FMByleth but i wouldve preferred him way more. im tempted to get FFByleth for her skills to fodder to my MByleth. i wish they added FMShez though, that would've been cooler because Arval flipping out is awesome

Lif's sword is meant for more tanky sword users (even if they are pretty rare) so it's not TOTALLY worthless compared to Chrom's sword. Just less use due to limited viable units.
Tbh though....Brave Chrom is better in most circumstances (with the exception of unfair green armors like B.Edel lol) as an attacker. He is though a better team support/player as he can basically help anyone inflict more damage.
If this banner is this strong, then this month does not bode well for my orbs. Annankos is finally in the game...and actually, I'm glad that he's not a Mythic because it just means he will be in the normal pool.

Maria is the best unit on the banner imo. Sure byleth is strong, but shes also another godsword (and we all know how fast they get power crept), whereas maria having that built in support miracle + heal will keep her relevant for a long time yet.
I have never been bamboozled by IS so hard cause they really baited me with that Lif banner and here they are punishing me by making another arcane sword that's most likely gonna be better than Lif's for my old speedy sword unit.
Ehhhh, I think you'll be fine. There were some good gems to pick up on those banners too. Pound for pound actually the Young banner might just be better than this one
@@tacho9427 That's happened more than once that a new banner comes along and I'm like, "Why did I spend my orbs?", especially if you have bad luck. Well, at the very least, when all is said and done, you just have to take the loss, spark whoever you really want, and hope you have better luck summoning next time.
Fallen Female Byleth's kit design is just such a great show of Int Sys' attention to detail, since it is so much like Brave Byleth's kit. As for the rest, unreal that we have Risen King Chrom with a great Arcane Sword for fast swords. Fallen Maria will be the bane of all player phase AR-O teams, but falls a bit flat against tanking and Save ball teams. She seems like she'll be broken in SD, however. Fallen Anankos is hype, even if I am confused by his very tame +7 true DR, his lack of the dragon mask, and very deep voice. If Mythic Anankos comes, he must be voiced by Cam Clarke.
I really wonder if IS even questions decisions for some of these newer units? Honestly, a lot of these guys look not healthy at all.... Risen King Chrom though 😍😍😍 Also that Fatalis theme Tacho, fitting.
I always love fallen banner! I wish fallen chrom is a bit more different from his alts, but he's a good GF. I have fully merged Lucia, so I am now salty on all new sword heroes haha. My first spark will be Maria. She's just great support and pretty good fodder. I thought Anankos will come as Mythic hero. I don't use spd savior much. Will see how he performs.
Lucia’s stock is actually going up, she is the only thing I can think of that hard counters Maria’s Drive Miracle heal. She also counters Byleth because Divine Pulse can’t proc. Otherwise every single one of these units is busted and Maria is just cracked.
I was hoping for fallen Veronica and Fafnir but it sadly didn't happen strange how we didn't get him doe But I'm most excited for fallen Maria I'm definitely summoning for her she was one of my wanted fallen heroes! And she's busted 👀💖 also anakos looks so cool and I feel like they're saving his dragon form for his normal self mythic version tbh!
Anankos is not a mythic/legendary unit = people are PISSED! I was stunned by the skills these units have and i don't want to spend 295 orbs to guarantee 2 of these units with CYL7 is on the way, but i guess i can't let these go that easily. 3 of these corrupted units are a spoiler for me, but i'll risk them just to get these units
Byleth can't run Special Spiral 4 due to her weapon making her special go from 2 to 1, but having Time's Pulse 4 makes her nasty as hell. As for who I think is the best Fallen unit from this banner, I'd have to say all of them. All of them has skills that suit their play style and have absolute nonsense, Anankos can't 1-up Fomortiis however; due to Fomortiis being the king of screwing your enemies over in one way or another.
Nah, don't be fooled just because 1 point of cooldown is being wasted with Spiral 4 on her. DR% negation is MASSIVE for her, and the DR% she gets from Divine Pulse counts as special based DR% making it better than Close Call 4 You can also ditch Time's Pulse 4 in favor of Oath 4 (or any of the other ridiculous C skills we've gotten recently)

If that the case, then it should said- if unit's or allies HP, then it would've been less confusing. But still even it does only effect Maria, it's still busted in Aether Raids offence, she could be use as a bait unit and live first combat if hit by only one unit a phase or don't hit her with a higher speed brave attack.

Maria's PW isn't broken. I think you said it give miracle to Allies, it only gives miracle to herself and restore 99hp to her and allies.
