No they will not cuz they sink until touch depth of ground and im thick in real you can still found it. But..... The color of ship is old cuz its too old when sink.

@IJN Yamato Me again,sorry. I have installed SH III and when i click on sh3.exe => error message : "this program works with Win95,Win98,WinME,WinNT4.0,Win2000,WinXP or server 2003. Anyway, i think that this old game won't accept my graphic card (NVIDIA GEFORCE GTX 960M).
I’m not sure about multiplayer but if you’ve not already got it I highly suggest getting Silent hunter 3. It’s possibly the best out of the franchise in my opinion.
Doesn't look like the British had anything other than light ships escorting, I'm not totally clear on the specifics but it looked like most of them were light cruisers or frigates, maybe a destroyer here and there. (specifically I saw at least two light cruisers, two frigates, and one destroyer) I believe the big central ship was supposed to the RMS Queen Elizabeth, the rest were generic Merchant vessels.
