Just one thing to add - the Night Lords Talonmaster Zso Sahaal witnessed Konrad Curze's assassination in the book Lord of the Night, and saw her cut his head off. So I guess that ought to confirm the death ... But death is nothing compared to vindication.
Yes they also found a recording of the assassination, also I believe Konrad regularly talked to the dead and would descend into a dark coma though it was a mystery why. The only reason the assassin killed Konrad is it was his will to die.

I have another theory about curzes vision: curze was a hidden psyker just like lorgar and he somehow attrackted tzeentchs attention. tzeentch is the god that pulls the strings of the galaxy so he gave curze a quick preview of what was about to happen in the future to turn him to chaos just like erebus showed horus visions of the future to turn him to chaos
i finnaly got my prize for second place: empire flagellants i converted a bunch of chain and skull old timey servo skulls(in a loose sence of the word) to follow them. i also gave them a more cult like apearence. they will have washed out and sunbleached raggy clothes and cancerous rashed flesh, cant waitto get started!
did not talk about how he and johnson fought two more times, one with kruse escaping him and the next when he gets fucked up and taken prisoner after the lion wrecks him
Traverse Town in Ani-Toonspiracy has more crime than Nostromo in 30k(due to too many universes destroyed by Anunnaki's nanotech heartless so it alows even the weakest of hearts to survives the destruction of their universes) and just to add salt to the injury, there's also DBZ-level characters for at least some of it's criminals

For some reason, I think the whole Callidus Assassin thing was a lie, and that Curze was really killed by either Rogal Dorn or Leman Russ (the only two loyalist Primarchs known to have killed traitor primarchs, and one of the few people other than the Emperor who could have been capable of killing a Primarch).
