    It could use a rabbit or 2. Or maybe a goat or deer hahaha.

      I suppose she does look thin, but the rabbits and chipmunks are on strict order not to appear when Bobbina is in the yard! :)

    So pretty! 😍 Has she visited lately?

      Thank you for asking. A few months ago I was sitting outside on the ground, and out of the corner of my eye, something turned the corner of the house. Looked bigger than a rabbit. I got up and stood by the door and she and I looked at each other. I quietly said, "You can stay, I'll go inside," but neither one of us moved. Then she moved across the yard and over the fence. My camera broke a year ago and I have not gotten another yet, and really want to. Such beautiful animals and feline friends they are. I have an unspoken agreement with Nature. The rabbits and chipmunks and squirrels have to come at a different time from the bobcats. So far, there has been agreement on that from all the players in the yard! :)

      @@createpeace You can't talk to them at all until
      they trust you, whether feral cat, dog etc, or wild critter,
      makes no difference.
      You can sometimes briefly look at them then look away
      as if you didn't notice. It can take months and
      even years for a wild animal to accept our presence.

    Simply checking the people out, seeing if they deserve the honour of a bobcat houseguest . . . .

    Would that cat attack a domestic house cat? (is this a dumb question?)

    • @createpeace
      @createpeace  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      There are no dumb questions here. I believe so, and I looked it up just to be sure. There was a sad article about it. And I saw one of the babies bobcats, in my yard, catch and devour a rabbit. Didn't post that one - yet.

      I once put water out for this little one, but there was no interest. I was sorry the watering system was not on when she came to visit. Saw her yesterday again for the first time in a very long time, a year or two later. I was on the porch and she came around the corner. When she saw me, she didn't stay and, instead, leaped through the fence. She looked a bit malnourished, maybe just thin, and I hope finds some food soon.
