Isnt the Br- tertiary ??? if so, why would it go under E2? isnt it supposed to go E1?

@@rkv3731It is 2ry alkyl halide.... Look at the carbon atom carrying the Br.... It carries one H atom.... So it is secondary.If no Hydrogen atoms.... So it will be tertiary
