Thank you so much for posting these throughout January; I’m sure I speak for thousands of people all over the world (I’m in a small town in the north east of England, just outside the city of Durham), who are so grateful that you have taken the time and effort to upload these sessions for people to benefit from who otherwise wouldn’t be able to get out to a gym or afford to subscribe etc., I’m really thankful - you people are the absolute best! 💪😄✌️

Jen, DJ, I did this workout (as well as most of the others in January) this past Sunday and it was great. Thank you so much for helping this 68 year old type II diabetic burn some sugar and keep in shape. Near the end, I modified it a little by throwing in some bicep and hammer curls
Even though I’m 8 months late, I finally finished the 31 days of fitness! Thankfully, August has 31 days in the month lol. Jenn and DJ, I appreciate you guys so much. Been following g your channel for years and really respect your commitment to the workout at home videos. Thank you!
Pulse is up - success. 💪🇩🇪 now at the end of this 31dof I have to say, that by comparison I like the 2021 (?) version the most. It had the greatest variety of amrap, emom, kickbox etc. workouts. Still a pleasure doing this.👌
My favorite timer is IntervalTimer. Its icon is like a clock on screen with 0 : 30 on it. The other one I used to like is the seconds app. But they switched their code over to another language and now the timer system is off. Every time you add an interval it has the slightest delay. At the end of a 30 minute workout that delay will be around 7 seconds. So a 30 minute workout is actually 30:07. Which isn't a big deal until you're filming and all of your graphics are precisely times but your timer system is flawed. I have messaged them about this and they don't seem to care about it.
I wanted to thank you for an awesome workout! Regarding the timer, I use the same one. I was trying to set it up for 60 / 10 then add 20 / 15 . The problem is, it only gave me one round of each. It didn't allow me to do multiple rounds. If you have a tip, please let me know! This is my fav workout channel! @@ACHVPEAK
