After watching your fabulous video the other day, I purchased the Wild & Sacred Feminine Deck and the Cantigee Oracle to add to my collection. I do really love Kim Krans and have several of her decks and her writing and guidebooks are amazing. Thanks Again!!!
Thank you for this. I thought I was the only one who a greater appreciation for a well written guidebook than the cards. I agree with all of your choices. I have a few other favs but the Wild Messengers Guidebook is my bae!😍😍🥰
I love an in-depth guidebook. Ones with a system or deeper reflections to work through are something I’ve been wanting to pursue. Just today, The Wisdom Keepers Oracle came in the mail. I was totally drawn to the artwork of the faces, but the book gives you so much to work with. It incorporates The Gene Keys and Human Design systems.
Ooh, me too. I have a wishlist with a few decks that one would go with. The only one coming to mind right now is the Death Doula Oracle. Dawn Michelle, anything you can recommend?
This makes me want to get that cantigee oracle and eat my words about the artwork creeping me out. It does, but maybe I can bypass it. When you get Magickal Botanical, I feel like it’ll be like these because the guidebook is amazing. ❤ thanks for sharing your blasphemous ideas!
I’m currently reading the Holy Wild and it’s incredible. The Cantigee has been in my cart but it does intrigue me so who knows. It’s just there are some decks that we like but keep getting trumped by other decks that are wanted and liked more, lol. I’ve had decks in my cart for almost a year and it’s almost like it’s just something that will always be in there. Brian Froud is absolutely fantastical. Great video Dawn!
although i totally missed the majority of the Kim Krans craze, i immediately picked up her alchemy deck when it came out, idk why it just called to me as soon as i saw a flip through of it. that guidebook is also spectacular and i love it to bits. it does the same things that you pointed out for the archetypes deck making it a wonderful reference. to bond with my decks i usually go through them a try to pick out one or two sentences to keep in a seperate notebook for quicker reference, but i find that i cant do that with the alchemy guidebook because it is just so so well written. both a blessing and a curse. also going to mention Siolo Thompsons Winterseerer animal oracle bc that guidebook is a beautiful combination of cultural influence and personal intuition
I really think the Divine Muse's guidbook is amazing. As well as Kim Krans Archetypes and Alchemy oracle guidebooks. One of my favorite oracles is Sustain Yourself Oracle (reprinted in 2023), the guidebook is also one of my favorites. The entries for each card is not very long but packed with information. It is a mass market deck and for me works well with many different decks, both tarot and other oracle.
I really enjoyed your take on these guidebooks. I use the Cantigee for ancestral work and for pathworking with the Luminous Void Tarot. It's been such a lovely reader that I haven't spent much time with the book. Now, I definitely will take the time to delve in. I'm in an arid climate, so I haven't had any issue with the card stock, luckily. Blessings 💚
Thanks a lot, I really liked the Divine Muses Oracle guidebook even if I am partial to the graphic aspect on cards. You said it was sold out, but not in french (mass production) and as it happen, I'm French ^^ So I think I am going to sleep on it and maybe buy it soon :D
Yes yes yes to all of this!! I have several decks wthat i use first for the guidebook and second for the cards ;) Dangit, should I reconsider Cantigee??
JUST did a video on how I use the Achetypes deck in creative writing! I also love the reading in the guidebook where you pull one card from each category 🥰
This is wonderful. I really enjoyed seeing the guidebooks you love. Gosh that is one of the reasons I love oracle decks so much because of their guidebooks. I love the Divine Muses, The Uncover your Past Lives Oracle, the Archetypes deck, and just so many more.

That’s a fantastic book too! Sometimes the guidebook is more important than the cards for me. 🥰

I know a lot of people love the artwork, I’m curious to see how it will work out for me. But either way, the wonderful book made it worth it. 🥰

Do you have a similar video about tarot companion books Dawn?
Not yet, but it’s on my list to make! That would be a good one I think. 🥰

I mean the book is pretty good for that one. 😉 I can keep you posted on how my work goes with it!
Welp between Lisa's video yesterday and yours today
The Energetics of Color is now on my deck wishlist
Ooh it’s such a good one. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed! 🥰
Would add siolo thompson`s work as well!
Yes, for sure! 🥰
JUST did a video on how I use the Achetypes deck in creative writing! I also love the reading in the guidebook where you pull one card from each category 🥰
How fun! I’ve got that one saved to my list to watch. I can’t wait as I’m playing with some fiction writing here and there. 🥰
@@DawnMichelleTarot Your One-Shot reading video certainly gave me a little push and inspo to film that one 😘
Helpful video as usual lovely Dawn 💖🙏🏻
Thank you, I’m so glad you enjoyed it. 🥰

Ooh yes, the Uncover Your Past, that’s one I need to look into! 🥰
I wish the Wild Unknown Archetypes Deck would correct the misspelling of apocalypsis.
Agreed. It takes them so long to fix mistakes like that.
