Dont do things for validity, i think alot of peope do things to impress their peers, and it never works because you'll lose motivation, you'll lose the discipline, you'll crawl right back in your state of denial and depression. Do things for you and not other people because people are a disappointment. Every single one of them. Never put the time or energy in the things you want to do because you want that ego boost or that attention you will always fail, for one it might be shit that your not really into, and 2 of your living life for others, your screwed. The people that want to be in your life will be there when you worry about yourself and do things because you look at it as hobbies or your trying to improve your health, and your finances and nothing else.
