@@jaredlynch2904 I found that he has a channel on YT that has one video. It's titled something like "wrestler turned whitebelt". The video seems to be highlights from this same tournament. So yeah, that's confirmed. :)
Right of the bat man powerful double leg takedown and immediately passes the leg.. lmao
Man he's good. The takedown game is solid and diversified. Very nice match. You showed great resilience. How are any of you white belt anyways haha
This guy has some type of judo or wrestling background, he shouldn't be competing at a white belt level. he's sandbagging big time. the jiujitsu white belt did a great job defending.
That was intense. Great thumbnail!
That double leg was insane. Good defense tho
This is like lying about your handicap in gold or pool. He’s got a lot of wrestling experience. The lat drop he hit is a move i couldn’t pull off and I’m a 3 time state champ with a lot of D1 wrestling experience. He’s probably legitimately a decent blue belt though he is making mistakes he’s on his knees and chasing chokes that are wasting his time. So its not like he’s lying by 2 or 3 ranks. Most divisions requested wrestlers like this to compete at blue belt.
White belt did an amazing job defending the wrestler who is really a blue belt
Yellow and Green belt is definitely a solid wrestler… those takedowns were good
Could totally stop a bullet on a war zone with that much sand in the bags.... Us white belts can't even shrimp....
Im a purple belt with a couple years of wrestling and I think this guy would smoke me
Lol! I think he would smoke me when i reach black belt.
Ofc. He is an alpha male. Alpha males are competitive and reckless.
"BEST SAND BAG MATCH OF THE YEAR??????" I fixed your title
Looks like a big weight difference
This was the toughest white vs sandbag match I have ever seen.
So much energy, also good defence from that guy
I wasn’t taught omoplata until my second stripe on my Blue….. I need to go join these guys school!!
Massive experience difference. White belt dude did great.
That guy is a whitebelt........right
I hate the peanut gallery in the background screaming techniques.
Way to hold your own man. Was that a 40lb weight difference?
yea lol i compete at about 165 and he was in the +205 category
Oh shit... I just knew this would be clickbait. It surely is not. Both were pretty good. The guy in the yellow belt had some advanced skills.
Those takedown are spectacular
White belt ok. Guy mustve gotten his cauliflower ear in the free intro class.
Why would you want to compete against white belts when you're clearly not a beginner? I guess it's the same kind of person that installs aimbot and enters public servers to "own noobs". Not cool.
I can only guess that you both learned a ton from this match. I would have a hard time going against either one of you.
The definition of „I did some wrestling back in school” new guy in the gym 💀
wow well done! that was an awesome match!
Yellow green guy has a judo background for sure, most likely a wrestling background. The white belt did well considering.
Damn well done mate. That other guy has 8 stripes on his white belt
Something not right here, white belt for how long?
Orr yeah I took some time out in 2021 due to Covid so started again, before that I trained for 5 years
A total mismatch by the promotion, dude is an obviously very good wrestler with years of training and has no business being in the white belt bracket. Its totally discouraging for the newer white belts and let alone dangerous because youve got people competing for their first time after training for few months and a dude pretending to be a white belt comes to ragdoll them and suplex them around. What even is the point of belt categories if u can just sign up for any u like.
I just don't understand why sandbagging is so big in BJJ.
Dude my have a white belt in jujitsu but looks like he has a decade of judo under his belt.
Sandbagger of the year?
