If I join in round 1 allotted seat and give willingness for upgradation but in round 2 upgradation did not happen then can I give willingness for upgradation in round 3 OR round 1 seat is my final seat please clear the doubt thanks. If upgradation didn’t happen in round 2 , I have the option to upgrade in round 3 OR retaining round 1 allotted seat am I right sir?

In NEET PG exam form, I have filled permanent residence of Maharashtra but as per Proforma B , I am domicile of West Bengal ( my father permanent resident of WB).
Am I eligible for 50% State Quota ?

Aami Symbiosis e porley WB er Proforma B anujayi allowed hobo as a domicile of WB for WB state quota in NEET-PG? Aamar ma baba dujonei Kolkata permanent residents. Aami ki Maharashtra teo State Quota seats e eligible hobo in NEET-PG if I study in Symbiosis? Also Symbiosis is not affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences as it is deemed and has autonomous affiliation. Tao ki Maharashtra domicile pabo NEET-PG te?
