I used meteor for 1000km and I got a factory fitted touring seat which really really sucks. I and my brother got issues with that touring seat and we found that normal seat is more comfortable than this so called touring seat.
I Own meteor fireball Yellow.
Very happy with the purchase. Super Comfortable for long drives.
My favourite is tripper Navigation. It's game changing feature. Just connect once and navigating is easy.
Getting mileage around 34-36 both highways and city .
Smooth sailing on 90-100 kmph

Servicing cost and mileage?
@@kapilpradhan1679 first servicing coast 1500 and second is 1700 . Slightly on higher side . And millage between 30 to 37 depending on your riding style and road.

@@VV-fo7lu nope, heavy traffic (more than 20 mins at a time WILL heat up the engine). As long as you can cross 40kmph not much.
@@askarmetha8917 Yup, tank is very susceptible to scratch, either coat or protect it. I just leave it as is though (polish it during servicing).

What a coincidence, my previous bike was also honda shine which I used for 300+ km rides. I just bought RE meteor fireball red.

I also own the same variant. For me there are something that could be better like the hinge of petrol tank, front mud gaurd could be of metal. I also changed my meter console bcoz the glass broken by its own, i also dont like the poor paint job, it got scratches very easy. The headlight could be more powerful.
It could have increased the weight of the bike by 2 kgs more.
@@suryateja2k11 no problem, when u ride bullet u should be ready for 200 kg, but it adds more quality to bullet as it names.

Wow this video couldn't come at a better time.. this can't be a coincidence.. I'm so excited that it's 4 am and I'm browsing Meteor videos.
1. I have a Honda Shine as well.
2. I am planning to book Meteor 350 today (19th Feb).. through the app..
3. I am opting it for comfort. I've taken so many test rides of different bikes, but the Meteor spoke to me.
Now all I hope is I have a better experience going ahead with Royal Enfield.

Same bike same Color love the experience but only problem is maintaining the matte black colour, once there is a scratch or smudge no way to remove it
I am facing a very big issue like when i am at any gear it feels that something is pulling the bike back...i mean when the bike is at 3rd gear it's maximum speed is about 45-50km/h

The problem with any review of re is people only talk about upsides ... its only when you purchase it, you get to know about the issues : from proud owner of re meteor fireball matt green
Why only higher engine cc bikes come with these kind of styling, ergonomics, accessories etc? Why not bike companies make 125 or 150cc bikes like this? The only attempt seems to be Yamaha Enticer

I'm confused to go with the meteor or Yezdi Roadster...
IMO , Yezdi roadster needs gear changes very frequently in city rides. It is suitable for highway rides. Though Meteor engine has less power than roadster, the ride felt better , hence booked Meteor.
Roadster is very noisy...and not comfortable for long ride

I have recently purchased my Meteor 350 Fireball yellow, no first service completed... I am hearing an Tik Tik sound from engine after starting.
Does anyone face this issue in meteor?

The motorcycle although looks good feels a bit like two cars hit it from the front and rear at the same time then shipped them to the dealers

3. Is there any false neutral?
4. Headlight visibility?
5. Build quality?
2 thing that I can tell u is the Build quality of every Royal Enfield is best 🔥 and its comfortable for taller riders 😎 like me
I don't think a 6 feet rider should have any sort of problem with meteor 350 because of its long wheel base and also you can hug the tank properly with your legs and won't feel any discomfort. But I would definitely suggest you to take a test ride before purchasing this bike to get to conclusions
Suspension is hard but you can go for nitrox suspension 2nd thing stock bulbs in Headlights aren't great change it to philips extreme vision rest everything ok

I own a meteor 350. I bought a stellar variant. It comes with chrome finish on the handlebar, mirrors and exhaust. The bike has good ergonomics. The concept is cool. On flat roads it feels like a magical chair taking you through the space. But the problem starts when indian road conditions are applied. Mirrors shake too much on concrete roads. There are options of touring mirrors which come at the same cost as chrome mirrors. Yet RE didnt put those on factory setup. Many options such as touring seats come at similar cost as stock seats and yet RE offers it as an option and we have to pay for it while the stock seat rots at home. Suspension is way too stiff and no matter how i adjust it, it stays hard as rock. Again here, nitrous shocks come at a very close price compared to those that are offered. But they are sold with a fake reason of highway stability.
After the 1st service console glass cracked a little. One service centre agreed to replace and another denied to cover under warranty. After 4 months passed I'm being told since one month that part is unavailable.
Engine tappets have to be adjusted every 5k otherwise the engine knocks like a spoon, many people reported similar issues and re fail to offer a solution. Some guy even complained of not putting engine oil after service which led to ceased block which re refused to cover under warranty. Oil that's being offered is semi synthetic and the company schedule claims its service life of 10k kilometers. But when I checked by myself during service of 5k kilometers, oil had turned total watery black, there was no viscosity to it. It was finished. Even after that, service people took my sign for oil replacement as if i was asking for any illegal stuff. The service crew is novice and many places I found out that teenage boys are servicing our bikes. And for God's sake never visit re authorised services for minor works. Otherwise they'll eat your free service for minor chain adjustment and chain cleaning. I have been cheated with that. It is stupid business and at the end of the day you regret an elephant at 80kmph on highways while ktm adventures take you over with ease..

I don't understand why we go for supernova only for chome finish, but engine is same for fireball. So company is making fool only on chrome...so better is fireball..no extra pay for the accessories
Company isnt making any 'fool'. It clearly states everywhere that the only differences between the three models are all cosmetic changes. If you're only after the power, then the fireball is the way to go

As Meteor 350 owner I have not heard a single complaint from any fellow owner or other riders at all. Maybe the backseat is too small for a healthier person? (I don't ride with pillion anyway).
Only international customers complain about it being underpowered which is justified for their road quality and traffic.
Seating is not good ... handling also for long rides

Zero vibration till 70. After that you'll feel a little. But that's the character of the engine. If you want zero vibrations you can opt for Honda CB 350.

Meteor only has 1 problem. It's not ideal to ride at 120 - 140 kmhr

How can you go at a speed when the company itself claims that you can't go over 120 kmph? Btw 120 is something too risky in India. I would suggest you to cruise at 90 kmph which is much safer and also gives better mileage

@@r3sistance792 Bro sometimes when road is empty we travel like that. Otherwise, we always maintain a decent speed from 100 - 120. By the way, you will get challans if you travel like that in the city.

I am 5'5". Yes it is suitable for 5'3". Take a test ride, see how comfortable for you. You can opt for low seat option and/or buy riding shoes , most of them have 1.5 inch soul.

Such a biased review. I own a meteor and nobody in their sane mind will say one good thing about the tripper. It's a wasteage of money.
