Mario and Mickey threw hands. With Mario winning the fight. NINTENDO proved to be Disney's Equal in the Video Game Industry.
Everyone thought Marvel vs Capcom 2 was the craziest crossover roster we would ever see but Sakurai has basically done the impossible, Disney doesn't even play nice with Square and they made Kingdom Hearts. Everyone acting salty needs to step back and realize, they will never see a roster anywhere close to this again in their lives. This game is beyond insane.

I love how these more subdied reactions instantly show more geniune emotion than the ones where people go apeshit screaming into the microphone as loud as they can, jumping into their bed, slamming the wall and kicking their grandma (and missing half of the reveal while they do all that)
I missed the initial reveal because I woke up 10 minutes late. But I wasn't exactly spoiled. I turned on my phone, opened YT, and pulled up the live to see Sora standing across from Mario. I nearly dropped my phone from shock and immediately told my roommate "they actually fucking did it". Then went to class 😂. Watching reactions like this one later that day genuienly made me teary eyed. Sora was my most wanted although I've always been rather indifferent. I would've been fine with anyone because I honestly don't care who gets in Smash. But the people breaking down crying made me want to do the same.
I'm suprised no one guessed sora based on the cutscene. It has all the metaphorical stiff that kingdom hearts games have, from the room full of darkness to the last light falling off the logo, to the little platforms that disapear into light particals.
The only clue I got for Sora was when Mario stepped off his Trophy stand. It faded away with a similar animation like the one in Kingdom Hearts. But I didn’t want to count chickens.
