      Lots of them. They book quickly if they are good but pick where you want to go and then find the guide or service you want. All kinds of different levels from getting an ice castle on lake of the woods where you are in luxury or a local guy on a Canadian run and gunning walleye. If you want comfort id take the ice castle but if you want the experience get a local guide and get in the elements.

    Does anyone know if stocked trout like this tend to stay this shallow all winter? Or do they have an ‘early ice’ vs ‘mid/late winter’ behavior like other species tend to have (such as walleye)?

    • @benski8610
      @benski8610 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      From my experience they like to cruise back and forth during different times of the day. I’ve caught them way shallow then up to 20 ft or so. Depends on the lake.

    Is there any other for Brookies?.....Trick I been using for 60 years plus....hook the first one, an fight it for as long as your patience allows.....other fish think the one your fighting has something desirable.....and multiple fish will almost always hang around, especially in tannic Brookie lakes....and a tiny Black and White Daredevil.............fire up the barby...
