The people running this and competing are such an inspiration for everyone. For them to do such amazing things, it's incredible. They're so skilled. I didn't know about this until this video and I feel that things like this aren't properly televised and seen. I'll definately be volunteering when im older.
Mia Kerry I know I help out someone we got a horse off it’s not really volunteering it’s more giving her an extra hand as she has 15. I love it tho as I love helping the horses. Xx
How can anyone give this a thumb down? I have never heard of this before and I think it´s amazing that Esme did this video. She brings light to so many amazing organisations and you can really see that she has her heart in the right place. Really lovely to see all the happy faces and the beautiful horses.
This is so brilliant! My little sister has Down’s syndrome and she goes to our local RDA. She absolutely loves it and it’s the highlight of her week:) I am going to be volunteering after the summer !
Omg the vaulting looks so hard on just the practise horse lol it must be sooooo hard on an actual horse! The RDA is absolutely fantastic and offers such amazing opportunities for people! For some it's a way for them to feel mobile and empowered again. Horses really are the most amazing animals!
Great video Esme. I volunteered with my local RDA group for 10 years after i left high school. I learnt a lot in those 10 years and met some amazing people who I am still in touch with today. I also went to the nationals as a groom for the three riders and horses from our group who qualified. And I have to say it is definitely one of the best horsy experiences I have ever had. Before the days of vlogging but we did film it all on a camcorder and so I have it all on VHS (showing my age there! Lol!)
I love you so much thank you for inspiring me to ride horses, when I'm sad I always watch you and I just want to say thank you for everything you do for me 😘,I really wanna be like you when I get older😘😏😁😋😊
Most people (non equestrians )says that horse riding isn’t a sport. It fact it is the rider and horse need to be in sync to get a clean round.when I first did horse riding I really liked it and was very excited for next summer. I’m going to camp in two weeks now!
I have volunteered at RDA for about 4 years now. The smiles it brings to the riders just makes it all worth it. If you have spare time I would definitely recommend seeing where your local centre is and volunteering. Thank you Esme for this video.
My riding school does riding for the disabled and for not disabled. I’m not disabled though and soon I might do my first dressage! I am so happy you made this video! I love your videos esme
I volunteered for a year or so at a regional RDA here in Australia (it's now known as HorsePower which is kind of cool) and the determination I saw in those kids was something I really admired. I have so much respect for these kids because even though they may have a disability, they never let it knock them down. I admire them so much and it was great to see you do a video with them!
I volunteer at pony parties held at my local RDA I don't have enough time and am not older enough to volunteer over the week. But I really enjoy helping at the pony parties.
I volunteered for RDA at my local equestrian centre for my duke of Edinburgh award but loved it so much I carried it on. I got my RDA volunteering certificate and honestly enjoyed it so much as it is so rewarding...I would highly recommend x
Those running this are an inspiration to us all along with you esme and those competing, thank you so much esme for inspiring me too keep moving on, to never give up and finish what i start.💙
Love how there's such a nice message behind it: even people with a disability can ride! I'd love to do this! Congratulations on almost 300K! You deserve everysingle one of them! =)

Omg! The second I saw it i clicked on it as fast as I could! I volunteer for my mum's group and some of the girls from my group love you and look up to you. They were so happy to meet you. One of them had the best birthday ever meeting you! I hope more people volunteer in rda as it's a great cause. Keep up the amazing work! ♡ xx
