      @h.ozgurylmaz 5 ปีที่แล้ว +13

      "Red Sea was famous for its pirates. These pirates lurked in all the bays and harbors along the sea's edge. Thus it was very difficult for Egyptians and others to do trade on the Red Sea in the face of this certain piracy. Added to this were the physical difficulties of sailing on the Red Sea. The Red Sea is dotted with many rocky shores, coral reefs, and is also susceptible to powerful winds from the south west. Any boat venturing into strange waters, with inexperienced sailors was at risk from the elements, not just the pirates."

    The three kings were Zoroastrian Kings from today’s Erbil Iraq (East) and East has always been east. You can’t claim east and mix it with south. Nabateens were south.
    The three kings are called the Magi. The Arabs even called the Zoroastrians Magusi(fire worshippers). Even today the Zoroastrians are described as Magusi, which means the fire worshipers. Magi comes from the old Pahlawi word Majin which means Magnificent.
    Today the only language that has something similar is in KurManji. Mazin or Majin which means “great” in the Kurmanji language. Kurmanji is a dialect of the Kurdish language. Infact “KurManji” literally translates as “the son of Manji” or “the son of greatness” in the KurManji dialect of Kurdish language. The manji were a very big Kurdish tribe.
    Even the English words Magic and Magnificent still have the words Magi within their words.

    It’s unlikely the Nabateans would have used the desert to travel north. They would surely have gone by sea, using ports on the west side of the Red Sea (African) to re-supply. It would be 100/th of the cost, safer and quicker. At that time in history there were no ports on the Arabian coast line. Mecca certainly didn’t exist! The only trade routes through the Arabian peninsula at that time were milk and leather.
