I love what you said about the delicate, fleeting nature of that “favorite fall” window of time. Fall is so capricious and that’s part of what makes it charming. It’s a threshold season. Thank you so much for the beautiful, crunchy walk!
So glad to hear it, Miguel! I was worried that the dry leaf sounds would just take over the whole video, but I’m glad to hear that it is balanced well. Thanks for watching.
@@GaslampASMR A good example is at 14:38 to 14:44 as you're walking towards it. Others are at 6:03 to the right of #2 trail marker, 9:35 to your left and at 12:00 to the left. Don't take too much time on this, I was just curious as they're so smooth looking. This was a lovely walk in the woods :-)
Hi again Renae. I believe those are beech trees, although again, I’m no tree expert. Any greenish color would be thin moss, though (I think), and not part of the tree bark.
You’re most welcome! Yes, I know that a noticeable fall is not something that happens in all parts of the world - another thing to be mindful of when considering patience and appreciation, I suppose. I wonder what I would think of fall if I grew up in a place that didn’t have very distinct fall, and then moved to a place that did. Hmm...
Sorry to hear that, but I completely understand. Fall is a fickle season! We never know what we’re going to get from year to year. I hope you get a good one next year!
yay
yay yay
(Watching this on Aug 30, 2023.) The relaxing sights and sounds of this video are putting me in the mood for Autumn. 🍂🍁🍂
I know that feeling, because I'm ALWAYS in the mood for autumn! Thanks for the note!

Well said, I had a feeling you’d know what I meant with that. Thanks for watching!
the crunch sound from the leaves were really satisfying haha
lol, yeah, definitely a lot of crunchy-crunch out there that day.
Me encantan los videos por el bosque.
¡Yo también! Gracias por tu comentario. :-)
This is so good and unique! So happy I found your channel!!
I'm happy you did too! Thanks for the comment.
Loved it! 😃

Wow just the sound of you walking was so relaxing.

Wonderfully peaceful & serene!
Thanks so much, Starfish!
Glad to see a new video from you. I hope you've been well.
Thanks J. Bradley. A little under the weather right now, but hanging in there. How have you been?
This was wonderful, thank you. What kind of tree is the one with the very smooth looking, silvery greenish gray bark?
Renae, I’m no tree expert, but can you give me a time stamp on the one you’re asking about?

Simply amazing. We didn't catch that brief transition of "Fall", but to me this is absolutely magical. Thanks Gaslamp :)

Lovely leaf crunching sounds! It's been so wet here in England that we didn't get to enjoy the falling leaves!

Another Excellent video from you! Was sleeping within 5 minutes!
Glad to hear it, Theresa. I hope you’ll come back 4-5 more times to hear the rest of it! ;-)
Merry Christmas and a huge thank you for your work
Merry Christmas to you too, and you’re welcome!

You’re most welcome, thanks for watching!
My favorite path is full of lilac bushes. I was so surprised come spring and the air was so fragrant and beautiful. Gonna miss that path.
It’s a bit amazing to imagine a trail full of lilacs! Thanks for sharing. I assume you no long live close to that trail?
I’m moving in a few weeks! And I’m moving into a real city. Still places to walk, but less wilderness.
That’s exciting! Best of luck with the move!
Very relaxing video - much better idea to do this rather than shopping/wrestling on black friday!
I think you’re right!
