Actually great question! In the booklet it does list allergies that may be in each (like peanuts!) it also will tell you where the snacks are from, and if they are vegetarian/ vegan! It doesn’t list the ingredients entirely HOWEVER I’m willing to bet if you reached out to them you can DOUBLE check to be sure. They change the theme each Month. I really hope that helps 🙌🏻

I share with my two boys and we can’t 😂 I’m amazed at you right now... we probably have about three sitting before we finish the box

The food sounds were hard to get through (I think the sound of eating is repulsive - it’s got to be a psychological disorder for me or something, I’m triggered 😂), but this is my favorite snack box so far! I love desserts! So cool that this was a curated sweets box.
I feel like this is the time to experiment with a second camera? Love that it's all filmed from the single camera, but a second camera might help the flow. So you don't have to get up to show the snacks up close, a little washed out from the light. Thanks for the content!
