This would be the most unique way for a zombie apocalypse to begin, zombies entering the real world from a game. I kind of want to see if someone could ever pull that off as a show, because it's a pretty goofy idea. It would be really hard to make it work I feel, but it's such a different idea. Imagine if the way they survived was moving back and forth between the real world and the game. It could kind of set up an idea of teleportation, with a character opening one "portal" (turning on a TV) and having to navigate through the dangerous game world to another portal (TV), but you couldn't keep the TVs on too long or else even more zombies would be released. Worse, different types of zombies that don't yet exist outside of the game. I don't know. Like I said, it's a pretty goofy premise that probably could never work.
my first thought was that all TVs in the near future get hacked to become Replicator/Matter Manipulator/Transporters that create matter for digital NPCs as they exit the TV into IRL, and in reverse, digitizes and manipulates people/objects into a 3D version of whatever. Transporter/Teleporter to be the portal of course, and a way to find random sand/dirt/gravel/refuse/waste to use as Matter for the molecular manipulation. if that was overly long winded, it's the weed. there's probably holes in my thinking. it's fine.

As a player of Dying Light 1 (not the sequel) I genuinely appreciate the efforts of the visual effects and compositions. I'm stunned to see how unqiue and amazing it is to combine the melee attacks with a real person with the chopping, as well as the scene where they kicked off zombies' heads in order to get the UV lights on.
I learned about dying light 2 from Slimecicle, and I became obsessed with it. Amazing film. I love the CGI and the effects. I’ve learned so much from watching your behind the scenes stuff and from people like corridor crew. You guys have come a long way since your original stuff. It’s so cool to see just how far you’ve come.
The sheer amount of various creative talents on display here is pretty insane. Even-though I didn't love the final product, it's crazy how much work this would've taken. The CG render for the "fake" dying Light gameplay, the first-person perspective camera angles for the game protagonist, the on-location filming with the rotoscoping on old mate's head for the 'camerahead', then the shots inside the apartment, the render for the TV to game/real location shot, not to mention all the violence and post-effects for the action. Very, very impressive.
Holy Crap! This was just amazing guys! It had me screaming at the phone(while waiting in a doctors office) with how tense some of the scenes were! Had me laughing and yelling at the same time! Good stuff guys! Loving the Last Hope replica too 🥰😎🤘🏻

Also inspired me at that time, but since ppl were so good at it is change my (small) youtube course toards game modding. So here I stand doing what no one did before :)

This was really well done bravo guys 👏👏👏 the only thing that had me scratching my head was the UV light hurting the zombies but they could still be in the sun during the day 🤔 other than that lil trivial item this was pretty flawless
The zombies in the day are slower and weaker and at night they’re stronger and faster but the light affects them cuz it’s an unexpected amount of UV at night, also cuz it’s based off Dying Light 2, hence the whole hud and axe he had
