In the past three months, I've had so much heartbreak occur in my life. I had my dad move across the country where we have no family. My mom is having struggles with my step dad and his kids, on the verge of divorce. In one of the worst times of my life, I found this song and just started to cry. As a Christian, I felt this was God's way of saying everything will work out in its own way and He's here for me, no matter what happens in life.

Even though Lifehouse has changed a lot, I'm still standing by them because frankly,no matter what they do, nothing will change how amazing they are. All their songs just make sense and are real. I think thats pretty awesome :)

Guys!!! i figured it out, this is a pretty old song, lifehouse started as a christian band called "blyss" so we cannot find this song in a lifehouse cd, only blyss band which has like 10 years old!

People forget that grace has more than one meaning. Not only is it Gods forgiving love but it's also your NOT to believe in it. So asking someone if they would like to hear about God and what he's done for you isn't wrong. Whats wrong is forcing it on someone. If you don't like the message, dont listen to it. It's your right to say you don't believe. But just understand that is a Christians belief that at that moment, that person may be lost and again, thats their belief.

@cps329 Yeah you're right, the last album was completely different and yet it is still Lifehouse .
Others just believe in themselves. They believe that when they mess up, they will be able to pick up the pieces and get back on track. I believe in myself, I know that I will always be able to fix whats wrong. And I believe in the people in my life, I know that they will catch me if I fall, I know they will listen when I need to talk. I am happy because I have faith in myself. I know that happiness always will be within reach because I am willing to work for it, I don't need a miracle.

@cps329 I´d say, that their new single has just a diffrent character, it´s not that "depressive" and full of meaning like other songs from them. they still have songs like STORM or BROKEN on their newer albums. I guess their are times as a songwriter when you wanna express your thoughtful mood and the other time your just happy and express it with a song which easier to listen to. Thats what I think about their new single.

Yeah I will always be able to fix what is wrong in my life, directly or indirectly it doesn't matter. It is problematic to think that God, will do it for you. Yes there are things you can't possibly control, but you can still control the final outcome.

This is quite problematic thinking because, no, you will never, ever be able to always fix what's wrong in your life. You may yet discover that for yourself. But as my philosophy instructor says, there is more in this world that is outside of your control than within your control.
