hi I have a 4.8 screwdriver lithium, but only have a plug that offers 4.5 or a 5 volt setting. will it kill my drill?

WTF ? Without a BMS the Lithium battery will overcharge and burst to flames !! This is very dangerous. You should have added a bms between the battery output and the battery it self. Never connect a Lithium battery without BMS !! NEVER !!

You replaced 3 batteries (1.2v x 3 = 3.6 volt) against one but you did not show the voltage of the one (laptop) battery.

4.2 volts for 18650 batteries and he did not add a li-ion battery pcb charger in it . veryyyy dangerous thing he did
