Some things about the past of the Knights of the Round Table that were not addressed in the film, in my opinion, help to better understand the Knights' motivations for following the Lion King, and why they are these 5 and not the others. But first, in Fate, the round table has 13 seats, filled by: Artoria Pendragon the King of Knights; Gawain the Knight of the Sun; Lancelot the Knight of the Lake; Tristan the Child of Sadness; Mordred the Knight of Treachery; Agravain of Iron; Bedivere Knight of Loyalty; Galahad Knight of Heaven; Gareth of the Beautiful Hands; Gaheris; Kay; and Palmedes. The Lion King summoned 10 of the other 12 members, Bedivere and Galahad were not summoned because Bedivere was alive and Galahad had the thing with Mash, of the 10 summoned Gaheris, Palmedes, Percival and Kay went against the Lion King's plans and were killed, as for the 6 who followed the Lion King, they were the 5 you saw in the film and Gareth (Gawain's younger sister) before Chaldea (Mash, Fujimaru and Da Vinci) arrived in the singularity the Lion King's army fought a war with the crusaders in which Gawain had to sacrifice his sister to win and that's why she is already dead at the beginning of the films. Now, as for the 5, Tristan is quite explained in the movie, from a logical perspective he agreed with the King, but he is a very emotional knight (the titles Child of Sadness and Knight of Lamentation are not for nothing), including being the Knight who said in life "The King does not understand the human heart" and deserted, so to stay on the King's side he needed to receive the gift "Reversal" which reversed not only his weakness to poisons, but also his ideals. As for Mordred in life she betrayed and killed her father, and it is possible to say that staying on the King's side this time is a way of paying for it, she received from the Lion King the gift "Rampage" in exchange for burning out her soul, she can unleash her Noble Phantasm without limit. Now, about Lancelot, Gawain and Agravain, some important points to know, Gawain, Gareth, Gaheris, Agravain and Mordred are all siblings, they are all sons of the same mother, Morgan, with Mordred having a different father than the other four. Agravain was raised by Morgan to be a murderer and he hates her, hates her to the point that because of her he hates all women. What happened was that Lancelot was having an affair with Queen Guinivere, Agravain found out and, combining his hatred for women with finding out that the Queen was cheating on the King, he said some very unkind things about her that led Lancelot to kill him, and this is the reason for the hatred between them in the movie, this led to a public execution of the Queen and to save her Lancelot went on a rampage in which he killed Gaheris and Gareth, the death of three of his younger brothers, but mainly Gareth, led Gawain to confront Lancelot. In the end, Lancelot managed to escape with the Queen to France, and Gawain was seriously injured. These injuries would lead to his defeat by Mordred and the subsequent downfall of the King. So basically Gawain blames himself for having done what he thought was right and given in to his feelings, thus trying to get revenge on Lancelot. If he hadn't done this, he would have defeated Mordred and protected the King. That's why in this second life he won't care about what he thinks is right or his feelings and will protect the King until the end. As for the gifts that the Lion King gave to these 3, Gawain received "Nightless" which allows him to summon the sun even during the night, this together with his ability "Numeral of the Saint" which buffs him with the sun forms a perfect combo. Lancelot received "Ferocity" due to vowing to ascertain the situation as a person, not martyring himself to justice. And Agravain refused to receive his, which would have been "Judgment" a suicide attack for evildoers that would have applied to his Noble Phantasm. This may have turned out a bit to long hahaha, the majority of the informations are from "Fate/Stay Night: Garden of Avalon" a light novel that tells about Artoria's life when she reigned Britannia, and Camelot/Zero which tells what happens before Chaldea arrives in Camelot.

Gawain then realized that King Hassan could even beat the Lion King. About Bedivere being a thousand years old, yah Excalibur was one factor why he got that old and he actually for some unknown reasons managed to reach the land of the faeries called Avalon and he met Merlin there and probably spent most of his time in that place, Merlin probably petrified him(as shown in the movie) to preserve his mental state and he can just undo his petrification when the time is right. Merlin was Artoria/Saber's court mage and also her adviser until he fall into a trap by Morgan(Artoria's sister and Mordred's mother). Technically Morgan imprisoned Merlin in a tower in Avalon. Merlin helped Bedivere by reverse engineering Excalibur to turn it to Bedivere's prosthetic arm he also made the Lion King forget about Bedivere. They also didn't include other servants from the game. Even though they didn't fully went with story of the game I have to admit it was still a good movie.
46:45 the round table's family tree is pretty interesting i will say.......they almost like a dunasty.Gawain,Agravain,Gareth and Mordred are actually children of Morgan who is Arturia's sister.First three was the offspring from king Lot and Morded in Fate series specifically is a Homunculi born from Arturia's DNA,so for Mordred Arturia is a "father" and for other three she is their aunty.
59:44 NO! The gift's were bestowed to them by the lion king,Arash has nothing to do with this. His clairvoyance is a class skill of any Archer it's just that in Arash's case it's high enough that he can see people's secret's.
1:32:58 Because of Rhongomyniad. Rhongomyniad gradually made her physical and mental state close to that of a god, which is why she no longer has humanity in the movie and became ruthless. She became the god of Rhongomyniad, and gods have no humanity and lifespan limits.
Saber was able to live because of her lance Rhongomyniad which basicly makes her on a level of god and that is the reason she was alive and able to grow up
no it was because bedivere didn't return excalibur meaning artoria never lost her immortality... bro did not pay attention... edit: although her stopping using excalibur afterwards and using rhongomyniad instead is the reason she grew up and became a god
@@theguy8614 ya I know that but because of her lance she was able to move otherwise she would have been alive but not able to move iirc or was it different
I guess, next is FGO Babylon? This movie is actually notorious for skipping a bunch of stuff from the source material. For example, they cut off Sherlock Holmes if I remember correctly. Then again, they have limited time since it's a movie so It should be fine.(?) A tiny trivia. Camelot is when they gave an insane Difficulty Spike in the FGO game. Gawain is one of the hardest bosses back then. His ost triggers ptsd.
1:33:00 Artoria did turn into a goddess, which was a side effect of continuing to use her Lance, Rhongomyniad (the same shadow/reflection of the end of the world she used to store the souls of pure humans in and that the core of the Holy City of "Camelot" she built in this Singularity). It also was Rhongomyniad that she used to end her days long battle against against Vortigern and it was Rhongomyniad that she pierced Mordred with when deadly wounded at the Battle of Camlan. (And if you have seen Case Files, you will know that Rhongomyniad is still there sealed by Add (the Logos React Replica) in Case Files and possession of Gray.) The Lion King was the term used for her by the pople in the Singularity. Arotia's name after all these centuries was: Goddess Rhongomyniad. (Other versions of Artoria that stick to Rhongomyniad and favor it over Excalibur are her Lancer forms. One of them emphasizes Arthurs/Artoria's role as the king of Storms, as the leader of the Wild Hunt.)
1:02:25 It is not, as he said (but not elaborated enough in this animation version of story), his Zabanya is an arm of Shaytan, which he stole and controled with curse. He lifted the curse at the moment so the arm lost control and was attempting to devour both of them. They would've both be dead if things went as Cursed Arm Hassan planned, but he was surprisingly saved by Old Man of the Mountain (that slash which broke the wall and cut the cursed arm off from Hassan) and thus survived at the end of the story.
9:07 I'm glad you liked Tristan's voice...You probably liked his voice as Shirou in apocrypha too, right? They have the same JP voice actor (Koki Uchiyama)...
36:30 he is. Also, given that the sun is up, he is insanely strong here...even in the game, there was a reason why he was known as "the gorilla of camelot" before he got nerfed...He was also a master of trash talking in fate/extra, despite being described as being unable to do so by the other characters...
10:23 Yeah, officially the strongest is Lancelot But Gawain (with Sun Amp) and Artoria (with Willpower boost) are the others who can potentially claim the spot as well Just as Galahad but he is more of a weird case 14:33 It's just against Lancelot specifically really Mash always felt Galahad presence in her personality, it's why in the previous movie she said she couldn't hate king Arthur or the other knights since as Galahad does feel conflicted about how to feel for his old friends Lancelot is just the one that really upset him because he was a deadbeat of a father (at least according to him) Though I guess You could techniqually argue her being more aware of it make Galahad beahaviour more predominant 32:25 First, the whole movie happen if she don't die by then lol Second, it's to symbolize the end of her Kingdom, she was granted the sword to be the last bastion of the Age of Mysteries in Britain, but since Mordred brought it to an end with her Civil War Artoria had nothing to protect anymore so she had to give it back to the Lady of the Lake There is also a prophecy according to which after King Arthur death he is gonna rest in Avalon to return sometime in the future when the world will need him most, so it's also to fullfil that And Artoria by that point already experienced FZ and FSN events which lead her to accept how time shouldn't be changed and the legends of the future do tell she does indeed die So she is simply accepting her fate and think there is no reason to save Britain anymore because even if many lost their lives and many suffered those lives meant something and it wasn't pointless (which is what she is indeed saying to Bedivere at the end of the movie, just because many people suffered from his mistake it doesn't mean it didn't had meaning and shouldn't be valued as well), hence why she simply let herself die 45:46 They still very well can, they simply can't let the Lion King and the other Knights proceed with their plans because they have issues with the morality of it (obviously) So eventually they would always ends up killing each other 53:38 Yeah, thing is Ozymandias isn't a Close quarter combat type of fighter, he can but just like Gilgamesh rely most of the times on shooting stuff or letting his summons deal with it 56:22 Yeah, another thing they cut from the Movie is that Agravain amped himself to kingdom come with Madness Enchantment The same thing that make Berserkers stronger at expense of sanity He isn't a Berserker of class but he can still find ways to apply it to himself, because otherwise there is no way he would ever come close to matching Lancelot 1:02:29 The thing with Cursed Arm is that he never had that unique skill that made him qualified to be an Old Man of the Mountain, which is why he had to basically steal the arm of a monster and attach it to himself for that So now he is basically letting go the connection that kept the arm attached to his body the arm is going rampage because it's not under control anymore, and it's too much for Tristan to handle all of sudden (probably the fact he doesn't have the Self-Modification skill doesn't help) 1:08:08 It's the sacrifice for the use of the Noble Phantasm, she must die Her NP allow her to make use of a fraction of the power of the Buddha she become at the end of her journey My best guess is that since it's just so much beyond what Servants are supposed to be she couldn't mantain her existence anymore Similar to how Servants making use of Authorities will die because they're making use of a power of a God beyond Heroic Spirits 1:09:53 He is but he just lost Arondnight and Agravain chains were described to be super effective against Servants, on top of the Mad Enchantment increase he got 1:32:57 Because Bedivere didn't throw the sword in the Lake and because Artoria got turned into a wandering spirit, Rhongomyniad took over in absence of Excalibur during her moment of weakness and initiated the process that turned her into a Divine Spirit The Artoria of this movie is a Goddess and hence of course can live longers than humans
33:22 It's a canon event, and that's her fate. No one can change that anymore than they can change who she is. In the grand calculus of the proper human history, that sacrifice means infinitely more than her life...that said, I've seen enough media about immortals suffering because they can't die. She would've "survived", but that doesn't mean she would have "lived"...
Basically, as we saw in the first movie, the real timeline was the Bedivere threw the sword at the lake, making King Arthur die. But in this alternate universe/Singularity, Bedivere didn't throw the sword at the lake, making Arthur immortal, so that is what caused the whole thing.
1:35:08 His not in zero that berserker was lancelot mash’s father And his not the last knight of king arthur in legend agravain died pre camlan war killed by lancelot along with his two other sibling’s gaheris and gareth while his two other siblings were at the final battle gawain and mordred and mordred being the one to kill gawain making her the last sibling but only because gawain had already fought lancelot a few days back When lancelot wanted to help against mordreds rebellion gawain refused as he killed gawains 3 siblings which lead to a 3 hour fight were at the end the sun went down and lancelot got a mortal hit in gawain and left as he wanted to help not kill which gawain wouldn’t let him so when he fought mordred he had a mortal wound and already lost his 3 hour sun buff as it was turning dark and he was too busy looking at the king arthur vs emperor lucius battle that mordred got a hit in and killed him Bedivere’s death was never stated in the legend the reason the king told him he was the last knight was because agravain and the others were knights of the goddess rhongomyniad not king arthur that was the whole moral problems they had she didn’t act like king arthur but a new person Also the reason artoria survived for 1,5000 years without Excalibur is her lance rhongomyniad when bedivere didn’t give the sword her physical body died but her soul didn’t and she was holding rhongomyniad which turned her into a wondering spirit rhongomyniad is a divine lance holding it for 1,5000 years rub off some of the divinity towards her making her a goddess namely the goddess rhongomyniad her way of thinking change too after turning divine like how she looks at humans This was why they are knights of the lion king goddess rhongomyniad not the knights of king arthur
In the game, Tri-Hermes is a super computer capable of revealing any truth, BUT rather than Ozymandius having it, Tri-Hermes, along with the rest of the Atlas institute (the branch of the Mage's Assossiation that develops technology) is buried underneath the sands as the Atlas Institute is located in the section of Egypt that Ozymandius brought with him. The truth of what Rhongomyniad actually is, gets revealed to the player by the Ruler class servant Sherlock Holmes, who was cut out of the movie along with Tawara Touta and Hassan of the Hundred Personas
The main problems with the Camelot movies is that they adapt so much out. In the original there were multiple villages protected by the Assassins (each had their own Hassan-i-Sabbah leading it) and we got see multiple of them (at one point having Arash shoot an arrow that drags us along to another village ("Arah airline"). A Whole Character, Tawara Touta was adapted out. Ozymandias had actually been beheaded by the the First Hassan before Chaldea even came to the Singularity. So he was weakend compared to normal and to compensate with the Grail (it also meant he could not really leave his domain without the head actually falling from his body). More importantly there was a lot of groundwork laid for the next parts of the story that were adapted out of these movies. Instead of just summoning Trismegistus in his throne room Ozy (who also had "tamed" Demon god pillar by equating the demon Amon it was with Amun(-Re), his patron god), send to the actual ruins of the Atlas institute in Egypt. There Chaldea met Sherlock Holmes for the first time face-to-face (who had been active in the London 1888 Singularity, but never met us there; we just got some notes he had left) and learned the truth about how Marisbury could have founded Chaldea, namely that he fought and won as a Master in the Fuyuki Holy Grail War (and in the proper timeline of FGO there was only one Fuyuki Holy Grail War with 200 years prep time and and untainted Grail) and wished for the funds to be able create Chaldea. Also, in the end the Lion King gave us a hint that the true culprit behind the incineration of humanity is based outside of time, the Grand Temple of Time. Important stuff that was left out. The other problem I think people have with the Camelot movies is that there is so much spectacle and fighting in it that all the quite powerful moments that are also so important to Fate (and that were there in the game's version of the story) were missing. The first movie in it's first half takes the time to establish mood, but the later parts and part 2 feel like they wanted to cram in as much as they could, a kind o highlight reel, that there was no time to do that (at least the later is my opinion).
2:32 first Hassan. Remember hundred faces from zero and cursed arm from heavens feel? This is the first of all of them the guy that made the order of Hassan’s. 14:36 it’s more because she’s pissed at Lancelot and the other round table knights for how their acting in the singularity. She’s getting affected by Galahads emotions because he was one of the greatest round table knights and Lancelot illegitimate son. 31:21 it would mean that King Arthur would finally die. Artoria was being kept alive at that point only by Excalibur. 36:28 Fun fact Gawains sword, Galantine actually has a miniature star inside it. 37:09 in Fate Gawain and Lancelot are equal. I’d say while Gawain possesses more power Lancelots skill makes them an even match for each other. 45:56 The anime doesn’t explain it but that’s Gawains sister Gareth who sacrificed herself when they killed Richard the Lionheart when the singularity first appeared. In fact she told them to do it, Lancelot was the one who killed her back in life and he couldn’t take doing it a second time so Gawain ended up doing it. 48:28 in the game this move is based off of Tristan fought Serenity(poison Hassan), Cursed Arm and Hundred Faces Hassan meaning he fought essentially 102 servants and only lost after killing all but Cursed Arm who had to sacrifice himself to get Tristan. 54:13 I could be wrong but that little stick could be the weapon of the monkey kind said to be over 50,000 pounds. 56:25 it should be noted that the reason Agravain was able to win against Lancelot is because his chains debuff Lancelot and prep time. 1:06:22 yea Mordred’s armor actually makes her Clarent np weaker so without her armor it’s stronger. 1:25:00 It took a grail and a command spell to stop Rhongomyniad. 1:29:33 Here. It takes a command spell and Excalibur to even get close to Artoria.
King Hassan is the Grand Assassin. A grand servant is basically servants picked by the counterforce to protect the world, some classes have criteria for a grand position like needing the clairvoyance skill but one requirement all the grands have is that they are all the best of their class during the time when they were alive. This means that in order to for example grand saber you have to be the world’s most skilled and powerful swordsman when you were alive. By the way fate zero berserker is Lancelot.
The plot of lancelot saving DaVinci is a little to reflect his lack of restrain he has with beatuiful women. In the legend of King Arthur, the king was married with Guinevere (in the fate Universe she was just was presented for an extraofficial marriage with Artoria to have a queen for Britain) and Lancelot got into an affair with the queen.
5:12 you'd be surprised that a lot of 3 stars in fgo are just as good, if not better, than the 4 stars and 5 stars. Bedivere, in particular, was my go to single target nuke when I can't use musashi. It wasn't even for the waifu/husbando or the meta (at the time) I just liked their voice, but I was surprised by how great Bedi was for fights with a strong lancer (pre-lostbelt). He stayed a great part of my strats even during the lostbelt fights. Arash is another example of a great low-star that shines like 5 star, despite being a 1 star. His noble phantasm, apart from being strong af, helps with strats too which is why him d*ing after using it became a meme...
53:15 if you meant Gawain, He's a 4 star. If you meant King Hassan, he's a 5 star, but...(spoilers) ...1. He used to be the Grand Assassin servant, until a certain point later on. 2. He's a 5 star, and that was after he got SEVERELY nerfed, you can only imagine his rarity if he wasn't nerfed...
A little trivia about Da Vinci. She and Dr. Roman have the chemistry of great friends who might as well be a couple, and their voice actors are married in real life. Dr. Roman's JP voice actor (Kenichi Suzumura) is married to Da Vinci's/Shiki Ryogi's/Jeanne d'Arc's voice actress (Maaya Sakamoto)...
Bedivere is the goat but yeah if he gave back Excalibur to the lake then lion king would not have been made since Arturia only became that because of her living with the lance altering her. Also in the saber route we see the scene where she tells Bedivere to give the sword to the lake in which he did.
Why did Artoria survive? If I understand it correctly, in a sense, Excalibur is cursed, and you can only leave this world when it is returned to the Lady of the Lake. So, if you are the rightful owner of Excalibur, you are, in a way, immortal. This applies even if you don't have it with you. By returning the sword to the lake, you renounce immortality. Bedivere, by not returning Excalibur, turned Artoria into a ghost or something like that (that's why he couldn't find her). After some time, the healing from the spear began to take effect, but continuously using the spear transforms you into a god.
I instead interpreted it as Rhongo taking over in her moment of weakness while Excalibur was away But You're right, it could also be that relying on Excalibur immortality alone while taking a fatal wound result in Artoria turning into a wandering spirit instead The story was never specific about how exactly that went on so I assumed it was mostly Rhongo Considering Lancer Artoria deal yet she didn't become a wandering spirit I thought the difference was how in Saber case she was dying and couldn't resist the Divinification of the lance But it does make sense that trying to survive using Excalibur alone would result in something of the kind, it's not mean to do that, Avalon has that role
1:35:07 I think being "the last knight" meant the last "living" knight since he was the last one among the knights to actually d*e..., but, I'd digress...
I would highly recommend reading Garden of Avalon, it's short, only about 70 pages long. It answers a lot of the questions you may have about Artoria :). It'll make you love and appreciate Artoria so much more.
Mash did not actually beat Lancelot in a straight-up match. Lancelot was entirely on the defensive throughout most of their battle, tanking every single hit and not actually being injured in any way. The one time where Lancelot fought back, he easily put Mash on the defensive. The only reason Lancelot even lost the battle was essentially because he gave up when Mash's words shook him to his core Even in the game after their battle, Sanzang notes that Lancelot was fighting reluctantly and was holding back. While Galahad is known as the greatest knight, his father Lancelot is still acknowledged as the strongest of the Round Table. The greatest does not always mean the strongest Throughout both movies, Tristan was not his real self. After killing several of his fellow Round Table Knights, Tristan mentally broke down from the severe guilt he felt. The Lion King saw his broken emotional state and decided that she wanted none of that, so she brainwashed Tristan to be the complete opposite of what kind of person he truly is. Tristan's real personality is that of a just, emotional, and compassionate man
Just gonna to say this, the reason why Da Vinci is a woman here because the og Da Vinci wanted a body that was beautiful. The only thing that was beautiful was the Mona Lisa, in short Da Vinci is a man who chooses to be a woman that looks like the Mona Lisa as a Servant.
Out of the Round Table Knights that sided with the Lion King, Mordred is actually the weakest of the knights. Even in legend, Mordred does NOT even come close to the strongest of the Round Table

Shirouless behavior right here
They didn't properly adopt the game. In the game, Ozymandias and the Lion King did had a nuking contest. Unfortunately, since Ozymandias gave the Holy Grail to the mc he lost his major mana source so technically he was fighting with the limited mana he currently have and eventually he will lost the battle but he was not going down without fight, he then proceed to nuke the gate opening a path while laughing as he dissappear and return to the throne of heroes.
Also in the game, Gawain received more humiliating bullying from First Hassan(the fandom call him King Hassan as his nickname). The moment Gawain finally regain his boost from the sun he thought he can finally win the fight until First Hassan parried Gawain's divine sword with a old and regular cape.
Also Xuanzang’s death is later in the story, she dies when she opens bursts open the walls of the holy city
3:42 nah the male Arturia is in Fate/prototype
59:44 NO! The gift's were bestowed to them by the lion king,Arash has nothing to do with this. His clairvoyance is a class skill of any Archer it's just that in Arash's case it's high enough that he can see people's secret's.
"Dude if Lancelot betrays you, you know something's wrong"
This line is funny to me, knowing the original lore.

Because of Rhongomyniad.

I guess, next is FGO Babylon?
This movie is actually notorious for skipping a bunch of stuff from the source material. For example, they cut off Sherlock Holmes if I remember correctly. Then again, they have limited time since it's a movie so It should be fine.(?)
A tiny trivia. Camelot is when they gave an insane Difficulty Spike in the FGO game. Gawain is one of the hardest bosses back then. His ost triggers ptsd.
@@meikisaragi1445 yup we're already halfway done with Babylonia on Patreon 🙌
Will start posting here once we're done with Apocrypha on yt
1:33:00 Artoria did turn into a goddess, which was a side effect of continuing to use her Lance, Rhongomyniad (the same shadow/reflection of the end of the world she used to store the souls of pure humans in and that the core of the Holy City of "Camelot" she built in this Singularity).
It also was Rhongomyniad that she used to end her days long battle against against Vortigern and it was Rhongomyniad that she pierced Mordred with when deadly wounded at the Battle of Camlan.
(And if you have seen Case Files, you will know that Rhongomyniad is still there sealed by Add (the Logos React Replica) in Case Files and possession of Gray.)
The Lion King was the term used for her by the pople in the Singularity.
Fun fact, Tristan's gift also reversed his weakness from the Lancer type, turning him effective against Lancers but weak against Sabers instead.
1:35:10 He's technically the last Knight to die since everyone else already became heroic spirits.
1:07 i guess you didn't watched Fate stay night at that moment cuz you would recognize it....
9:07 I'm glad you liked Tristan's voice...You probably liked his voice as Shirou in apocrypha too, right? They have the same JP voice actor (Koki Uchiyama)...
@@Shiroyasha14 Yupp I did!!
36:30 he is. Also, given that the sun is up, he is insanely strong here...even in the game, there was a reason why he was known as "the gorilla of camelot" before he got nerfed...He was also a master of trash talking in fate/extra, despite being described as being unable to do so by the other characters...
10:23 Yeah, officially the strongest is Lancelot
But Gawain (with Sun Amp) and Artoria (with Willpower boost) are the others who can potentially claim the spot as well
Just as Galahad but he is more of a weird case
14:33 It's just against Lancelot specifically really
Mash always felt Galahad presence in her personality, it's why in the previous movie she said she couldn't hate king Arthur or the other knights since as Galahad does feel conflicted about how to feel for his old friends
Lancelot is just the one that really upset him because he was a deadbeat of a father (at least according to him)
Though I guess You could techniqually argue her being more aware of it make Galahad beahaviour more predominant
32:25 First, the whole movie happen if she don't die by then lol
Second, it's to symbolize the end of her Kingdom, she was granted the sword to be the last bastion of the Age of Mysteries in Britain, but since Mordred brought it to an end with her Civil War Artoria had nothing to protect anymore so she had to give it back to the Lady of the Lake
There is also a prophecy according to which after King Arthur death he is gonna rest in Avalon to return sometime in the future when the world will need him most, so it's also to fullfil that
And Artoria by that point already experienced FZ and FSN events which lead her to accept how time shouldn't be changed and the legends of the future do tell she does indeed die
So she is simply accepting her fate and think there is no reason to save Britain anymore because even if many lost their lives and many suffered those lives meant something and it wasn't pointless (which is what she is indeed saying to Bedivere at the end of the movie, just because many people suffered from his mistake it doesn't mean it didn't had meaning and shouldn't be valued as well), hence why she simply let herself die
45:46 They still very well can, they simply can't let the Lion King and the other Knights proceed with their plans because they have issues with the morality of it (obviously)
So eventually they would always ends up killing each other
53:38 Yeah, thing is Ozymandias isn't a Close quarter combat type of fighter, he can but just like Gilgamesh rely most of the times on shooting stuff or letting his summons deal with it
56:22 Yeah, another thing they cut from the Movie is that Agravain amped himself to kingdom come with Madness Enchantment
The same thing that make Berserkers stronger at expense of sanity
He isn't a Berserker of class but he can still find ways to apply it to himself, because otherwise there is no way he would ever come close to matching Lancelot
1:02:29 The thing with Cursed Arm is that he never had that unique skill that made him qualified to be an Old Man of the Mountain, which is why he had to basically steal the arm of a monster and attach it to himself for that
So now he is basically letting go the connection that kept the arm attached to his body the arm is going rampage because it's not under control anymore, and it's too much for Tristan to handle all of sudden (probably the fact he doesn't have the Self-Modification skill doesn't help)
1:08:08 It's the sacrifice for the use of the Noble Phantasm, she must die
Her NP allow her to make use of a fraction of the power of the Buddha she become at the end of her journey
My best guess is that since it's just so much beyond what Servants are supposed to be she couldn't mantain her existence anymore
Similar to how Servants making use of Authorities will die because they're making use of a power of a God beyond Heroic Spirits
1:09:53 He is but he just lost Arondnight and Agravain chains were described to be super effective against Servants, on top of the Mad Enchantment increase he got
1:32:57 Because Bedivere didn't throw the sword in the Lake and because Artoria got turned into a wandering spirit, Rhongomyniad took over in absence of Excalibur during her moment of weakness and initiated the process that turned her into a Divine Spirit
The Artoria of this movie is a Goddess and hence of course can live longers than humans
Lancelot isn't stronger than Saber. He is just strgest of the Knights/most skilled (some translations use "skilled" not powerful.
@@DR_REDACTED Say that to the dozens and dozens of statements spread through all of Fate saying he is the strongest

His not in zero that berserker was lancelot mash’s father
And his not the last knight of king arthur in legend agravain died pre camlan war killed by lancelot along with his two other sibling’s gaheris and gareth while his two other siblings were at the final battle gawain and mordred and mordred being the one to kill gawain making her the last sibling but only because gawain had already fought lancelot a few days back
When lancelot wanted to help against mordreds rebellion gawain refused as he killed gawains 3 siblings which lead to a 3 hour fight were at the end the sun went down and lancelot got a mortal hit in gawain and left as he wanted to help not kill which gawain wouldn’t let him so when he fought mordred he had a mortal wound and already lost his 3 hour sun buff as it was turning dark and he was too busy looking at the king arthur vs emperor lucius battle that mordred got a hit in and killed him
Bedivere’s death was never stated in the legend the reason the king told him he was the last knight was because agravain and the others were knights of the goddess rhongomyniad not king arthur that was the whole moral problems they had she didn’t act like king arthur but a new person
Also the reason artoria survived for 1,5000 years without Excalibur is her lance rhongomyniad when bedivere didn’t give the sword her physical body died but her soul didn’t and she was holding rhongomyniad which turned her into a wondering spirit rhongomyniad is a divine lance holding it for 1,5000 years rub off some of the divinity towards her making her a goddess namely the goddess rhongomyniad her way of thinking change too after turning divine like how she looks at humans
This was why they are knights of the lion king goddess rhongomyniad not the knights of king arthur
The lancer class may be suffering, but artoria definitely got it good after becoming a lancer...getting two great gifts and an entire bakery...
1:33:00 the scabbard my guy, Avalon
Don't be confused by the opening scene, it's just a Flashback before Bedivere betrayed the Knights of the Round table. 😢
5:12 stars are irrelevant
I use Chen Gong(2 star) since his release until today, and he's great.
Yeah and dude kill at least 3 of the metawise 5* in each farming node 😂

If you meant King Hassan, he's a 5 star, but...(spoilers)

@@BekindBekbek oh, crap! You're right. I forgot since it's been a hot while since I last watched garden of sinners.
I instead interpreted it as Rhongo taking over in her moment of weakness while Excalibur was away
But You're right, it could also be that relying on Excalibur immortality alone while taking a fatal wound result in Artoria turning into a wandering spirit instead
The story was never specific about how exactly that went on so I assumed it was mostly Rhongo
Considering Lancer Artoria deal yet she didn't become a wandering spirit I thought the difference was how in Saber case she was dying and couldn't resist the Divinification of the lance
But it does make sense that trying to survive using Excalibur alone would result in something of the kind, it's not mean to do that, Avalon has that role
Dayum I thought she just got like crazy and possessed by the spear in those 1500 years
1:35:07 I think being "the last knight" meant the last "living" knight since he was the last one among the knights to actually d*e..., but, I'd digress...
And you just wait for Salomon movie...

The only reason Lancelot even lost the battle was essentially because he gave up when Mash's words shook him to his core
Even in the game after their battle, Sanzang notes that Lancelot was fighting reluctantly and was holding back. While Galahad is known as the greatest knight, his father Lancelot is still acknowledged as the strongest of the Round Table. The greatest does not always mean the strongest
Throughout both movies, Tristan was not his real self.

The only thing that was beautiful was the Mona Lisa,
