I would love to see more of your tips for teaching children! I like getting kids out and climbing trees, hanging from limbs and monkey bars, as well as teaching them summersaults. I am just a white belt in Jiu Jitsu but I want to get more women and girls involved and also to train more myself. The nearest class is two hours away, but I watch TH-cam videos and do Jiu Jitsu flow exercises.
Been training for almost 3 years and expecting my first son on Monday. Great tips
